Before the moment of prosecution, Jake was asked to go back and sit. Other cases started arising with matters of theft, a defendant's lawyer presented another case file to the judge's desk, which made Jake know it wasn't only his case that was on board, at the period. While all sections were on, the defendant looked well-fed and robust and kept presenting his case with books, bug law books. In which he kept switching chapters, closing one book and opening another. The trial going on waved in favor of a particular lawyer, who was steadily proving his practice. The opposing lawyer, could not stand his expertise as he caved in, from the manner he presented his point of view.
The case seems big enough with company and organization issues. The judge kept minuting on paper, as this lawyer kept with his persuasiveness. The clumsy case strained up Jakes's case to a hold. Staying put, in the scenario going on in the courtroom. Jake's mind drifted to that particular moment in time, when he shot a guy who wanted to kill him while coming home from work after a night shift. The play hard was real, before joining the security company, he already had beef with certain kinds of gangs in the city, he lived in. This was a confraternity group. In a city such, anyone claiming a spot is always open to attack from opposing neighborhood brothers and cousins. Especially if you are not of the same cult member.
When you are real and feel in the active performance among the brotherhood, the possibility of being talked about is inevitable. A medium prone enough, to open any member to set up and attack. There is always the possibility of by opponent, counting score in the attainment of power, as the case has been among rivals. Such was the challenge Jake got himself entangled, but he had to use his discrete survival instinct, to avert an untimely demise. A way forward is dimmed for him a path play. So he settled it with himself with his opponent, that subjugating them is ma ust while on plans to annihilate opposing punks. A series of interwoven issues made every situation around Jake more critical, he became conscious of the war tides in front of him. A call came in at the time on Jake, from nowhere he could think of, ring! ring! On picking up calls, "Hey you! na you be that maybe abi?", the person said. As Jake picked up this unexpected call, he asked "Who be?". Identify yourself! And the caller said, "Tonight we go come hit you, for that your security post wey you dey for that bambinos. Jake replied, "ok na bring it on, may the last man stand, on metal that can't go blunt, Kaluba data". Jake replied. That was how the battle line was drawn. Jake took the courage in his operation at the workplace because he needed the money, to secure himself abode in the city. To keep off the streets. Therefore, he played a severe role in protecting himself and as well keeping a closed mouth, against all the threats he was getting while at work.
Jake was new to the operational practise, as a security officer but not new to combat as a fraternity. The urge to move on to better things in life beckons, but the challenge encroaching on Jake's plan, is to try to act soft in the face of death. His duty started on the night shift, in a sloppy complex building known as Bambinos, at the time. The topographic nature of the building's foundation made it a scary end. Most especially at night. At the sloping end of the building's backyard, was a grave with a tomb by the fence. Beside it was an old motorcycle, condemned as if placed like a monument. The building was owned by a certain young lady, with a compressive attitudinal problem. She was blessed, but one could tell that Mobsy was immature, at handling problems. The building was robbed, at the exact section she office, in the backyard to where the grave was situated to the fence.
Jake's combatant looks at the work post, and instigates fear in Mobsy, to see him as a niggah. Jake started to understand the reason why he was brought to Mobsy's place to work. She happens to be a stiff. The loss of her items i.e. clothing and accessories, made her suspect the security company boss, a man named John Jimmoh. John is a ruthless but foolish boss, who owns the security company Big Hawk" without any sound knowledge about their work ethics. He maneuvers to use other agent systems to affect his own prematurely. John Jimmoh is not learned, but has access to money he could use per time. A damn terrible risk taker, a schemer, a liar, and a dude crazy enough, to mastermind his way into prison and out of prison in the course of paying a price, to get what he wants.
After Mobsy's place bambinos was robbed, then Jane was brought in to secure the place. Once Mobsy is out of control in handling things, she acts like a mad person. A young lady with a weak brain. The robbery situation was beyond her, and she even misinterpreted Jake's working experience as a threat. She rides around the city in a red car, and she likes making an impression of her presence, with color. Jake was given a self-contained room space, which is at the downstairs slope of the building to Mobsy's office. Even that, made her uncomfortable. At first, she wanted to carry Jake along, she tried to make Jake understand what was on, at the complex but somehow Sultry restrained her. In the complex were these ladies, money, sultry, bolanle, a white woman that barely comes around, since she placed a sales girl, and a computer engineer, a man.
Sultry is a greedy and self-centered b***h, who thinks people coming around her, are after her resources while she is still a struggle herself. There was Mobolanle an acquaintance of money, she was richer than the rest of them in the complex, as she occupied the main space of the building. She almost took away, the impression of ownership of the building fromMobsyy. She sells kids' items, while sultry deals in makeovers and cosmetics. Sultry drives in a white mini jeep, a pompous lady with an unrealistic attitude to life.
