I’m sat on Ricardo’s sofa, the one in his room, his arm around my waist, hugging me close to his side. I’m questioning myself as to why I forgave him, but when he plants a kiss on my mouth, I remember why; I love him. And he says he loves me too. I lean my head against his shoulder, happy to be there, to be with him. I ask myself how I could have even thought about not forgiving him, leaving him?
