"Doctor, huh?" He asked. "Could you have come up with something better than that?" I looked at a Bracket clock sitting on the same bench that he had pulled the whiskey out of as I heard the clink of two glasses. I wanted to say that the clock piece was not an antique, but if it was not, it was a damn good replica. It was made from dark mahogany, with the dial piece being pearl. And I do believe the dial frame was gold filigree. I wanted to walk over and have a closer look to examine its beauty, but that meant being closer to Blake.
