Chapter Thirteen

It's only been two days since BigHit Entertainment released the statement about the pregnancy of Seokjin. Of course, the news is still fresh and they are sure that it wouldnt die down immediately considering how popular they are.

For those days, the boys didnt allow Seokjin to read any comments and they didnt also let him get out of their dorm. They doesnt want him to be all stressed out.

Taehyung handed the bowl full of fruits to the pregnant male as he sat beside him. All the boys were out to eat in the newly-opened restaurant down the street since they're too tired eating canned-goods because Seokjin cant really cook that much right now.

Seokjin let out a deep sigh as he swallowed down the last piece of apple.

He cant help but to feel bad since they cancelled two photoshoots this month. Their company said that it's too early for him to be seen in public especially his pregnancy is still a hot topic.

Taehyung grabbed the now empty bowl to put it in the sink but he stopped when he saw how bothered the older looks.

"What's the problem?" Taehyung asked.

Seokjin looked at the younger only to give him a shrug.

"C'mon, Jin. You know you can tell me everything." Taehyung encouragingly said.

Taehyung is always by his side. He doent want the older to feel that he's alone in this fight.

Also, he never left his side as he's too afraid that Seokjin might use his phone and stumbled upon hate comments that will probably affect him so much.

Taehyung actually read the comments, he read a lot of them. There's a lot of people who's very happy and excited for them but of course the harsh comments also keeps on coming.

The comments are too rude that it will surely affect the older. It angers Taehyung because those comments are only directed towards Seokjin. Clearly, the older is not the only one in this issue. How come they're only hating on his precious hyung?

"I want to rest..."

Seokjin didnt say anything. He didnt even wait for Taehyung to finish what he's saying as he walked towards their room already locking it up.

He sat on the bed resting his back on the headrest. He picked up his phone and turned on the wifi, he's greeted by a lot of notification coming from different social media sites.

He gulped down as he opened his i********: account. A fan account of him posted a picture of him with Taehyung and it has an encouraging caption that made Seokjin smile.

He looked down and bit his lower lip feeling the lump forming in his throat because of the comments under the picture.

Seokjin locked his phone looking up at the ceiling scrunching up his nose just letting his tears fall down from his eyes.

He covered his mouth when he started to hiccuped because of too much crying, his shoulders started to shake and he clutched his chest trying to get rid of the heavy feeling or atleast lessen it.

He could feel his heart literally breaking from all the harsh comments that he just read. He knows that a lot of people wont be that happy because of the sudden news but he didnt expect it to be this worst.

He looked down and tried to crack a smile when he saw his baby bump. He's not even making an effort hiding it as he never left the dorm and even if he left this place, he doesnt think he could hide it anymore.

"Baby..."

His voice cracked as he caressed his baby bump. The tears started to flow down in his hands. He let out a shaky breathe trying to contain himself.

"Be strong, okay? We can do this." He said in almost a whisper, "I love you so so much." He breathed out.

He stopped and immediately wiped his tears when he heard someone knocking at the door, it's probably Taehyung.

"Jin? You've been there for awhile now. Can you open it?"

Seokjin opened his mouth but ended up closing it because he cant even speak confidently afraid that his voice will shake that will indicate that he's a crying mess, he doesnt want to worry the younger.

"Baby, please. Im so worried." Taehyung said in a pleading voice.

Seokjin shut his eyes closed exhaling. He clenced and unclenched his fist trying to calm his nerves before standing up. He slowly walked towards the door opening it.

As soon as he opened the door, he turned his back against the younger and sat down on the bed once again. He looked down playing with his fingers not wanting the younger to see his swollen eyes.

Taehyung exhaled as he saw the older's phone on top of the bed. He already got to see the puffy eyes and the older's red nose that indicates how hard he is crying.

"Whatever it is, Seokjin. It doesnt matter." Taehyung said.

He sat next to Seokjin and held the older's both hands caressing it in circular motion hoping that it would bring him even a little bit of comfort.

"Baby, we can do this. Their words doesnt matter, hmm." Taehyung said once again in a soothing voice trying to calm the older.

Seokjin whimpered along with the tears that is continuously streaming down his face and it is the most heartbreaking sight for Taehyung to see.

He can see how hurt Seokjin is. He knows that the words that he saw just awhile ago has a big impact towards the older.

Seokjin shook his head while his shoulder and hands are terribly shaking that made Taehyung even more worried as the older is just seconds away from running out of breathe because of too much crying.

It is too much, they are too much. Seokjin can handle it if the comments were just about him. No matter how harsh it is, he wouldnt care because he is used to it already. He just couldnt take it when they started to mention their baby, it is too unfair.

The baby is innocent. Seokjin doesnt know why people could be that heartless to wish for an innocent unborn child to suffer.

Seokjin looked directly at Taehyung's eyes. He held the younger's hand tighter as he's trying to find comfort in it.

"You love our baby, right?" Seokjin breathed out.

Taehyung's expression softened because of how vulnerable the older looks. He let out a faint smile and starts to kiss Seokjin's fingertips.

"Yes, baby. I love our baby," Taehyung said, "And I love you." He whispered.
