The SUV finally stopped, but only because of the force of a tree. As much as i wanted the car to stop rolling, i didn't know what we were in for when it did.
I smelt him when he struck our SUV. How he knew of this road rattled me. John was so certain that no one knew of it. Something was off. Something that was even bringing me a great amount of fear.
I know I could handle myself. Even like this. The likelihood of Shawn actually killing me is pretty slim. I think that's pretty clear since i was the only one who didn't pass out from the crash.
