Baine's POV
I woke up to the sound of dripping water and a dim light. I felt a wound that was slightly healed on the side of my head. It only took me a moment to have the memories come flooding back. I quickly zeroed in on Mia. She was unconscious and was hanging by a long silver chain that was attached to her wrists.
Instant panic took over me when i saw how bloody her head was. What bothered me the most was that she was stripped down to nothing but her bra and underwear. She didn't seem to have any other wounds. But by the way her and i were just left dangling here, i knew we were probably in for it.
