The dragon was flying up the sky while holding the princess in its right claw. Princess Tiana lost consciousness when the dragon grabbed her by force. The palace guards are all sleeping due to the beautiful song of Princess Tiana. The night was cold and quiet. It was a great time for the dragon to make a move. The princess being alone was the best one to be taken. Suddenly, the bracelet brightened and woke up the sleeping princess.
The princess was amazed to see the beautiful view she had never seen in her entire life. The dragon flew up in the air and passed through mountains, rivers, hills, houses, and even trees and cliffs. She had never seen such scenery!
It landed in a cave located at the top of the mountain. The dragon placed Princess Tiana on it's back and went inside the cave. They passed into stalagmites and stalactites. And,further, the dragon walks with the princess on its back.
Princess Tiana: This cave is huge. Much bigger than our castle.
The bracelet lights up, then suddenly the dragon talks.
Dragon: That's because it is a magical cave. I used to live here with my family but they went away to look for a new place to live. I was left behind because I am the youngest.
Princess Tiana remembered her mother saying that the bracelet was magical.
Dragon: We're here princess.
It arrived in a cave with gemstones attached to the walls and flowers grew beside each stone. The flowers shine like a candle. It gives light into the cave. Clean water flows in the cave springs. There are trees that grow with different fruits. And on top of the cave lies the dragon's chamber. It is not hard to climb up because the cave created a staircase for the dragon.
Princess Tiana: This cave is amazing!
The dragon lowers its back so that the princess can slide down.
Dragon: By the way, my name is Serena and I am a fire dragon. How about you?
Princess Tiana: I am Princess Tiana, the daughter of King Albert and Queen Sophia.
Dragon: Nice to meet you, princess.
Princess Tiana: Why did you burn our kingdom and why did you take me here?
Dragon: My parents left to look for a new place to live in. They promised to come back. So I waited a long time and got really hungry. I decided to go to your rice field to eat sheep, chicken, goat, pig, or cow.
Princess Tiana: Then why did you breathe fire into our people?
Dragon: They throw stones and spears at me. I was afraid. So I accidentally breathe fire on them.
The princess noticed that the dragon was only a child.
Princess Tiana: Then why did you take me?
Dragon: I really love your voice and feel comfortable listening to it. My mother usually sings me a song.
The princess felt the dragon's sadness. She remembered her mother used to sing lullabies before she went to sleep.
Princess Tiana felt bad about the dragon's story and sang a beautiful song.
With the princess's melodious voice, the child dragon fell asleep.
And the kind princess also fell asleep beside it.
The princess dreams of the dragon child's parents. They are dangerous beasts that can destroy the entire kingdom.
In the morning, the princess suddenly woke up.
Princess Tiana: The dragon's parents are still alive and keep on looking for a safe place. They loved Serena so much that they decided to leave her in this magical cave, to protect her from harm.
Suddenly, she hears the sound of Serena's hungry stomach.
Serena (the fire dragon): I am very hungry. But I don't want to eat you because you remind me of my mother. What should I eat?
Then the dragon found an idea.
Serena(the fire dragon): Aha! I know.....the man who shot an arrow at me. He looks meaty! Yum!Yum!
Princess Tiana: No! You will not!
The princess said with a strong command of her words.
Princess Tiana: I will help you find food.
The dragon looked at the fierce princess.
Serena (the fire dragon): Really?! Wow!
The dragon was very happy. Finally, she found someone to help her.
The princess whispers to the bracelet.
Princess Tiana: Oh magical bracelet....make a huge cloud to hide this big creature while flying up the sky.
Then clouds gather to form a huge cloud and it covers the dragon while flying up above. The two flew, passing the people of the kingdom, mountains, trees, rivers, and into the ocean.
Farmer1: That seems to be a big cloud.
Farmer 2: I've never seen such huge clouds.
People who saw the huge clouds were amazed.
The princess pointed at the sea.
Princess Tiana: Now dragon, dive into the sea and grabbed a big fish to eat.
The princess whispers to the bracelet, asking it to make a bubble shield for her.
And so a bubble shield covers Princess Tiana and protects her from the water below.
Serena, the fire dragon, who can breathe fire, can also breathe underwater.
It grabbed a huge fish and flew up the giant clouds. It ate the fish while lying on the giant cloud created by the magical bracelet. The cloud created by the magical bracelet can hold their weight and they can lie down on it.
The dragon also gave Princess Tiana a small part of the fish for food.
Dragon: Why are you not eating that?
Princess Tiana: Because I prefer to cook it before eating.
On their way to the magical cave,
Serena pulled a tree and took it to the cave.
Princess Tiana: I just need the branches so that I can cook this fish. No need to pull the entire tree.
The two laughed and felt happy about their accomplishment.
The princess became a parent and a teacher to Serena, the child dragon.
They travel to places.
The princess was able to see many places because of the dragon.
One night, in the winter season, the two made a bonfire. They talked about their adventures.
Suddenly Serena remembered her parents.
Serena(the fire dragon): I wonder when my parents will come back?
The princess looked at the dragon.
Princess Tiana: They will come back for you......because they love you.
Serena(the fire dragon): I miss my mother and my father.
Princess Tiana: Me too
Serena(the fire dragon): Where is your mother?
Princess Tiana: She left to go to a better place.
The dragon suddenly fell asleep.
Every day, they fly to see many beautiful places. With the princess at its back and the magical bracelet that helps to cover the dragon with huge clouds, people find it hard to see them. It was an adventure for the princess and the dragon. The two developed a bond of friendship.
Princess Tiana: Goodnight Serena!
