We are sitting in the car as he’s explaining his story to me. It’s very sad seeing him like this but I’m also glad that he feels comfortable enough to express his emotions to me in this way.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen him so expressive and hurt by anything. So to see him like this is very different and very new but at the same time, I’m grateful for the fact that he felt comfortable enough to express this to me.
It’s a very difficult thing to take especially if it’s someone who you loved and cared about. His trust issues stemmed from this relationship and I honestly don’t blame him.
How would you feel if the person you wanted to spend the rest of your life with couldn’t spend the rest of their life with you because they couldn’t come to terms with their sexuality?
