The conference room was already filled up. I can see Gibson Mark who is a friend and a board member too. Chloe was already seated with her pad ready. I nodded at them then took the head of the table.
"I hope this meeting will help us get the Carlson deal. We have come a long way to lose out now" Gibson stood up and made his way to the board.
"According to Carlson, he wants a company that will renovate his family mansion. We have two more construction company gunning for the project". Gibson looked at me and nodded for me to take the floor. I might be the boss but I work as much as everyone.
"I have taken time to understand Carlson and I have found a secret that will give us an upper hand. Carlson does not want the family house to be completely changed. This is something I noticed when we talked. So we are going to draw a plan that will still maintain the original design of the house but we will upgrade some of the features. Jackson, you will handle the plan aspect." Jackson nodded.
"Mike I want you to keep a tab on the two rival companies and keep me updated"
"Yes will do that".
"That is all for today. Chloe meet me in my office" She stood up and we walked to my office. I went round the desk and sat down. "Is the memo ready?
"Yes Sir. Here is it"
"Very good. Any other engagement for today?
"I was about getting to that Sir. You have a lunch meeting with Miss Alicia at 12:45pm.
