“Of course.” Skyler left Simone and went to the room furthest from the helm, where Jules was stretched out on the bed, hands under his head.
“Are you sleeping or contemplating possible scenarios?” she asked when she entered.
“Both.” Jules sat up, placing his feet on the floor.
“It’s not much, and no protein, but it will get you through.” Skyler handed him a plate, then noticed he had another pair of eye shields, which he had placed over his eyes.
