~=~ Laxus quickly dashed out shop, knowing he had to find Freed as quickly as possible. With the hooded figure following from behind. In a usual circumstance, he would take the guy out. But he knew that  Freed would handle it in his own way. Deciding to sort the situation momentarily, Laxus turns round and swiftly sends a punch to the hooded figure's face, causing them to stumble back into the crowd's of people. Laxus quickly sets of again, knowing that it will only delay the hooded figure. Brushing past the citizens causing a few shouts of protest along the way. "Laxus!" "Freed?" He murmurs, turning round to see Freed brushing past a few people, arriving long side of him; catching his breath. "I'm guessing you found something?" Freed asks, quickly regaining posture. "Yeah, a god damn lunatic for a like what? Twelve year old?" Laxus responds anger evident in his voice, his hands balled into fists. "Calm down Laxus, so you saw him where?" Freed questions in a slightly gentle voice. Not wanting to be patronizing. Laxus stakes a deep breath in an attempt to calm himself down, before replying. "I don't know. I know it was a shop. He was demanding for another sort of book from the cashier. And then mentioned us; Fairy Tail. Going on about defeating us and then he got out a clear pocket which I managed to grab." Laxus pulled out the pocket containing the pages. Freed's face lightened up, causing Laxus to resist the urge to smile. "You found it!?" "Yeah, but I'm pretty sure we've got a fight coming up" Laxus comments, pointing to the figure who was making their way down the street. "Right, let's get a more empty street" Freed states motioning for Laxus to follow him, Laxus eyes the figure intently before following  Freed. Laxus's eyes widen for a moment, as he stops dead in his tracks. Freed to stops, studying his friend's expression. It was clear he was shocked, but he also seemed worried. Something he rarely see's in Laxus. "This guy...Is a rune mage?" Laxus mutters looking back at the figure. "Yes?" "Then why isn't he using runes?" ~=~ Chelia and Wendy soon left Wendy's apartment in Fairy Hills and started to head to the guild. Chelia suggested taking a walk. Seeing as she hasn't saw much of Magnolia, and Wendy accepted excitedly. Wendy had been giving Chelia a miniature tour, but Chelia couldn't find herself concentrating on what Wendy was saying. More like Wendy herself. "- And here's where you can get the best ice cream! Hey Chelia? Are you listening?" Wendy questions slightly. A small frown plastered onto her face. "Oh, I'm sorry Wen" Chelia apologies sheepishly. "It's just that I'm distracted that's all" Chelia continues a guilty feeling flooding over her. "Distracted? By what?" Wendy asks worriedly, fearing something personal was happening in her crush- she means friends life. But Wendy was taken back by Chelia's reply. "You." "M-Me?" Wendy stutters, a red blush dusting her cheeks. "W-Why so?" "The way your eyes light up in excitement now and again. And how pretty your hair looks in the sunlight!" Chelia giggles. Watching as Wendy turns a crimson red. "Awwwee, look at your cute little cheeks!" Chelia gushes poking her cheek slightly. Wendy pouts, knowing Chelia's won again. But smiles nevertheless. "So you know how I was talking about ice cream?" Wendy asks excitedly. "Mhm." "Let's get some!" "Anytime Wen!" Chelia responds excitedly. Causing Wendy to drag her into the small shop. "Hello Mr.Williams!" Wendy greets with a closed eye smile causing Chelia to blush lightly. Mr.William chuckles. Already guessing what was going on. "Hello Wendy. Who's your friend?" "This is Chelia! My best friend! She's from Lamia Scale!" Chelia didn't know why. But that hurt. Hurt a lot more than she expected...could it be?  That she...has a crush on Wendy? It would explain a lot of things. But Wendy would never feel the same way. Wendy's strong and pretty. Extremely kind. She probably has loads of guys out there who would die for the chance of dating her. And she's pretty sure Wendy would blush if anyone gave her compliments. Wendy notices Chelia's downcast look and asks her gently. Putting a hand on her shoulder. "Hey what's wrong shell?" Wendy asks, giggling at her confused look. "Shell?" "Yeah, shell. As in sea shell" Wendy giggles. "It's a nickname." This causes Chelia to smile. 'If only you liked me back...' ~=~
