ALIONA'S POV
I'd barely had enough sleep, when a sharp bang against the metallic door woke me up. I jerked up as two female warriors from yesterday sauntered into the dungeon.
“Take her out of here…” The taller one rolled out the command in a dismissive tone.
The woman's eyes glimmered with anticipation as she inched closer to me. My eyes flashed to neon green, for a split second. Then, I pushed her back in, with the speed of light.
It was too late, one of the women had caught a glimpse.
She flinched, her eyes almost popping out of their sockets in genuine surprise. She snapped her head sideways to face the other woman, who didn't seem to notice anything.
