Blurb

My heart fluttered in my ribcage, as the Faron triplets came to full view. The Moon goddess had granted one of my wishes. They were my fated mates! Now, I wouldn't be a secret anymore. They'd claim me as their mate in front of the entire Mooncrest pack. The Faron triplets were devastatingly handsome. But at this moment, they looked ethereal. Dressed in a three piece custom made suit, with their hair neatly styled, they looked like they'd just been brought straight out of a magazine. I couldn't hold back the excitement that sizzled in my bones. The entire hall fell into a round of silence, if I listened intently, I could pick out a moth breathing. “You three are my mates,” I said, my voice heavy with excitement. Noah's face was clouded in a deep scowl. Logan let out a low growl. And Zane? Zane's face was stoic without expression. I waited for them to come to me. But none of them did. Instead, Zane stepped down from the platform, held my gaze for a brief moment, and said. “Aliona Marcos, did you really think we'd claim you as our mate?” Zane's voice seethed with anger. *************Aliona Marcos thought of only two things. Being the pack’s doctor, and them— The triplet Alpha heirs of her pack, Mooncrest. First, she was their secret. Then, when they found out she was their mate, they hated the very sight of her. The triplets wanted nothing to do with her. They never loved her. Eighteen years old Aliona Marcos held onto the fragments of love her mates grudgingly tossed at her face. They flaunted another female, one they believed was high profile and capable of being the next Luna of their pack. Aliona believed in their mate bond, until an incident spiked her quest for vengeance. Only this time, she was done waiting at their feet, begging for their love.

LITTLE SECRET
ALIONA'S POV “Aunt Emma, I have to go now,” I said, as I chucked down the last piece of sandwich. Aunt Emma, smiled. “It's still very early, Aliona. I'm sure none of the other Omegas have resumed work yet,” I rolled my eyes playfully. Aunt Emma was a doting Aunt, that would do anything to keep me by her side every second. After the death of my parents, she took me in, and had been nothing but perfect. Being the only family I had, she played the role perfectly, her excesses aside. I knew little or nothing about my parents. There were no pictures of them. I didn't even know what my parents looked like. But Aunt Emma spoke fondly about them. Most times, I imagined what they looked like. And mostly what life would be with them by my side. Every Omega in my pack, the Mooncrest pack, was a slave. We worked for the Alpha family to earn a living. Alpha Faron was kind enough to let me go to the pack's highschool. But I had to pay. I had to work in the packhouse, as one of the servants. Unlike the other Other Omega servants, I looked forward to resuming my shift every morning before going off to school. I had a little secret. I cleared my throat, “I know Aunt Emma, but I want to be at the rink in time for the match,” I said, trying to keep my tone steady. “The Falcons have a match against the Glaciers,” I added, and realized Aunt Emma was staring at something on my shoulder. I quickly grabbed my school jacket, and made to slip into it, when she cut in. “Who did that to you?” Her voice was strained with pain. The vein at the side of my neck pulsated with agitation. Aunt Emma covered the distance between us, and traced her fingers over the red patch on my shoulders. I bit down on my lower lips to hold back the groan that threatened to spill from my lips. “Sophia did this to you, right?” Her eyes blazed with unshed tears. I pressed my lips together to push back the tears. “It was an accident. I hit my shoulders while I was reading,” I lied. Aunt Emma narrowed her eyes, brushing my curly fringes off my face. “Aliona…” Her tone was skeptical. I sighed. “Sophia came to the library yesterday, and she did this,” Her eyebrows drew together in a frown. “Aliona—” I groaned. There we go again. “Aunt Emma, telling the Alpha is not going to help the situation,” I paused, to drag in air into my lungs. “Nobody's going to believe an orphaned Omega who lives off pack's benefits, over the daughter of a respected Gamma,” Aunt Emma sighed. From the way her eyes glistened, I could tell she was fighting back tears. “I'm sorry…” Her voice trailed off. “I'm sorry you have to go through this from that spoiled brat every time,” I managed a small smile. “It’s okay, Aunt Emma. I'm in Senior year already. I'll leave for college soon, and…” “Become the best doctor in the Mooncrest pack,” We finished the statement together, and laughed. It's always been my dream to become a doctor. Aunt Emma grabbed my glasses from the table and handed it over to me. “I know you'd make a very good doctor, and your wolf would have the best abilities too,” I clutched my hands over my chest. I was torn between excitement and sadness. I couldn't wait to have my wolf. But what if?... “I can't wait to meet her. But what if she doesn't have any abilities?” I couldn't keep the tension off my voice. Omega wolves were usually without abilities, which made it almost impossible to be mated to other wolves in higher ranks. I could only hold on to the last string of hope I could muster. My eighteenth birthday was just two days from now. My fate would be sealed to a mate or mates. One my heart would spend entirety yearning for. My stomach dropped at the thought. I quickly pushed the thoughts to the back of my mind. “I have to go now, see you at dinner,” I said, grabbed my bag and left for the pack house, before she saw the scratch Sophia inflicted at the nape of my neck. The warm golden rays casted a glow around the surroundings, as I made my way through the backdoor of the Pack house. As Emma had rightly said, no other Omega was around. I quickly darted to the kitchen, and started out with breakfast. A few minutes later, the savory scent of bacon and pancakes filled the air. I set the dining table, and spun around to head out, when I stopped abruptly midway. An irresistible scent of masculine cologne swarmed into my lungs, knocking off my reasoning. My breath hitched. I slowly turned around, and came face to face with a pair of stern green eyes. Zane Faron. First of Alpha Faron triplets sons, and next in line to be the next Alpha. And Zane was prepared for the position. My lips parted as my eyes took in the six feet of gorgeousness a few meters away from me. Broad shoulders that easily filled the black polo that complimented his olive skin. Honed arm muscles and…and. My eyes darted to his groin, and I swallowed. The staggering six foot Alpha wolf didn't only have the looks. He had the stealth of a warrior. His face was crumpled in a scowl. Then, the top of his lips slowly tipped in a sly smirk. “Hey, baby…” Zane growled. I didn't need to look at the mirror to know my cheeks had flushed crimson. “Zane…” I purred. He spread his arms wide and gestured to me. I hesitated for a bit. “We have three minutes before my parents come down for breakfast,” His sleek baritone voice washed over my skin. “You might want to spend it in my arms,” That was all I needed to let go of my restraint. I rounded the long oak dining table, and crashed into his strong honed arms. Zane's expensive cologne wafted into my nose. He tipped my chin, and kissed me lightly on the forehead.
