ALIONA'S POV I had no choice when it trickled down to the Faron brothers. My body slightly arched forward as the words reeled out of Zane's mouth. I wasn't the type to spend the night outside the house. Besides the risk of running into rogues, my eyesight wasn't the best at night. Still, there was something about the way Zane spoke that I couldn't resist. If only they could see me as their mate, and loved me that way. He poked at my glasses, and it fell off. As I bent over to pick it off from the ground, I could've sworn I heard a growl. I positioned the glasses on the bridge of my nose. My gaze brushed past his, and landed on Logan, who held my gaze for the briefest second, and looked away. My stomach dropped. “Fine, I'll be there,” The words fell out in a pensive breath.
