The cafe was bustling with lots of people, chatting and eating at the top of their voices. I still had classes, before I went back to my dormitory. Well, I was still reeling with the shock of almost getting killed by those rogues.
I had only escaped by the cat's whiskers, thanks to the stranger. Yeah, I also couldn't get my mind off him. Who was he? My mind flashed back to his chorded chest that gleamed under the moonlight. His powerful jaw, and even though his full facial features were obscured by the dark, he was engraved in a delicate part of my mind.
Time, and chance happens every other day. Could it somehow bring us together again? Maybe not in that scenario.
