Lilith was in the car with Alexander; he did not tell her where they were going, and she did not say anything, treating him silently. He did not even leave her after their brief encounter in the kitchen, spending the nights in her room sitting on the chair and staring at her like a hawk.
A few minutes later, he pulled the car up in front of a building and said, "Follow me." When she did not move, he sighed and opened her door before dragging her out of the vehicle and into the building behind him.
