Chapter 2

Alpha Rex POV

    I return to the infirmary after putting clothes on and see Jennifer sitting next to Amelia bed side being a worry mom. Theo and Dawn were on the bed laying in Amelia arms as she is resting, they adored their sister very much. My wolf Ryder was whimpering as his pup was laying there. I remember how my wolf was when Amelia was born he was so proud and happy, but when we were fighting that solo vampire then saw Amelia leaping over us to help and shortly after saw her on the ground in pain he was mad and tear him apart with a pack warrior. I stop Sam, who help the doctor with Amelia.    

    "How is she?" I ask.

    "She is doing fine, she isn't in danger as we set her bones in place just in time so they can heal fine and with her wolf healing, she'll fine by tomorrow and the doctor took some blood samples to some tests." Sam replied with.

    "Don't worry Rex she like a niece to me and Colton." She added.

    "thanks you." I said as she give me a quick hug then walk away.

    Sam and I grew up together we were rascals and acted like brother and sister. She is slim and get curves in the right places. She found her mate Colton, 7 years back who is a skilled pack warrior. They're now married and get 4 children: two sons and two daughters. Who adore Amelia too as they look up at her as big sister figure. Sam and Colton are like aunt and uncle to Amelia as Colton came with when she mind linked me.

    I was in thought when Julie, Mayetta, Valeria and the rest return to the pack house. The three of them enters the infirmary as I watched. Julie and Mayetta are the daughters of my beta and delta they're few weeks younger than Amelia as the three of them grew up together. Amelia, Julie and Mayetta are like sisters and seeing them here shows that they care for Amelia.

    I remember Amelia and them brought Valeria home one day from middle school though I was shock when I found that she was a vampire. I was surprise when Amelia come forth told me and Jennifer that she was a lesbian and that she was in a relationship with Valeria. Being her mother's daughter, Amelia will come up with a way for them to have children. I come to like having Valeria around as I see them both together I come to accept Valeria as a part of the family. They both know what will happen when Amelia find her mate. I snap out of my thoughts by the doctor.

    "What is it doc" I said.

    "As you know I took some blood samples from Amelia and run some tests" he reply.

    "What do you find" I asked

    "I look at her DNA and found that Amelia get vampire genes possible from a pureblood" he said as I stare at him.

    "it seem like her vampire gene is dormant like her wolf was years ago" he added and I nod.

    We stay there for few hours around 10 pm when I check the time then me and Jennifer sent to bed. Theo and Dawn were already asleep in Amelia arms so best not to disturb them. Julie and Mayetta left as they go to bed as well and Valeria stay next to Amelia side as she rest her head on the bed.

    ---7 hours later---

Amelia POV

    I wake up and see Theo Dawn in my arms and Valeria next to the bed I'm in. I teleported out of bed and stood next to it as it was a good idea to and not disturb them. I pick Valeria up and place her gently in a bed next to the one I was in as she was in a chair. I walk to my room and over to my dresser but stop when I saw myself in the mirror as my eyes widen. My fingers trace the bandages on my chest then look at today date realizing what today is as I ran and jump out of my window as I shift and bandages tears landing on my feet then take off running for my mother grave.   

    While I was running I feel someone were trying to connect me through the pack mind link but I block it as I gallop then stop at my mom grave as I laid down curling up. This is the one day I'm like this from being happy to sad on the day my mom died 11 years ago. I lay there curl up on mom's grave when I feel dad's presence walking toward me as I look and see him holding a blanket.

    "can you shift back sweetie" he ask.

    I shift as he put the blanket over my body. I grip the blanket from under it. 

    "thanks dad" I say.

    "your welcome sweetie today is day, so I thought I would find you here at your mom grave" he reply.

    "Yea I miss her I think she would be proud of us" I say with a small.

    "Yes she would seeing her baby girl growing into a young woman that stands before me right now"  he say with a smile and took me into a hug. 

    I lean into him and broke crying. My dad kept his arms around me comforting. My cries come soft sobs as I stop sobbing and look at him and return the hug. I sniffs as my dad wipe my tears away with his thumb and kiss my forehead.

     We walk back to the pack house we enter through the door as Theo and Dawn run and jump hugging me. I sense Valeria coming using her vampire speed as she tackle me to the floor. I groans as we're on the floor the blanket drop but good thing I get clothes on. I stay there as Valeria snuggle into me as I hold and rub her back gentle.

    "Tackling me like this isn't good for me babe" I say as I kiss her cheek.

    "I woke up and you were gone" She say as her face in my neck.

    "I went to tell your dad but when I told him he left with blanket" she added.

    "I'm sorry babe" I say smoothing her.

    We get up off the floor and go sit on the couch. Valeria sat next to me and cuddle with my arm around her. Valeria is the romantic one between us as she wake me up with breakfast in bed or she in the mood for loving in mornings when she sleeps over on the weekends. Gosh she is prefect as the way she is. 

    "I should contact the council and tell them" I said. 

    "I already told them sweetie" Dad said.

    "thanks dad" I say thanking him.

    I am the youngest person on the council as I took my mom's seat as the council head. My mom was the council head before she was killed during the attack on the pack 11 years ago for almost 6 centuries. She was powerful, wise and thought about stuff. When she dead her power and experience transfer to me mine and my mom's powers combined. 

    There seven seats the council head, and the other 6 seats that handle every werewolf pack, vampire and witch/warlock covens. I can mind link any council member, council personnel, werewolf, vampire and witch/warlock any where in the world. I love the authority that comes with the position. There were times where I have declare alphas that unfit, using their alpha position for personal gain or those stupid enough to challenge me for the head council position needless to say I put their asses in place or label them rouges or flat out end their life.

    Valeria and me decide to go the game room and watch movies on the massive 330 in flat screen tv with  surround sound system, PS4, Xbox one, and two dance matts all hook up to the tv. We choose to watch both 300 movies which get muscular men and fine sexy women. I went to get us snacks and drinks then return and watch the movies as we cuddle each other. 

    As we watch the first movie we were making out as we kiss slowly. The kiss was nice and sweet but it get heated up fast as our hands were exploring each other bodies. We break the kiss as we both breath heavily staring at each other. I lay down on the couch as Valeria lay on top of me as I put my arms around her in an warm embrace. 

    I feel my wolf Raven want to take and mark her making Valeria ours she'll look hot with my mark on her shoulder. I always tell Raven to wait until we turn 18 but she is growing impatient. We lay on the couch as took a nap for couple hours.

    We woke as Theo and Dawn come in and jump on us as we both groans. Theo and Dawn giggles when they land on us. Valeria and me sat up and stretch then tackles them as Valeria get Dawn and I get Theo. We let them go as we clean the game room up then go have lunch and play with the kids.

    I decided to take the twins with as I plan to take Valeria to get ice cream. I put my Ram F150 away in my dimensional storage and get my mom's blue 1970 Ford Mustang with black stripes on the hood and sides out. I had it deliver to Count Kustoms in Las Vegas, Nevada to have it redone and have it look new after it been setting out in the weather for years. It my prized possession when I started to drive. I found four  more 1970 Ford mustangs and I'm waiting to get them fix up.

    We get in as I get sit in the driver seat, Valeria in the passenger and the twins in the back then drives as the car engine is loud as it should. I put kids music on for the twins as I drive. I pull into the ice cream parking lot and into a spot as the twins laughs happily then we get out of the car and walk inside.

    "Alright what flavors you two want" I ask.

    "Chocolate Strawberry" Theo and Dawn said at the same time. 

    "You know what I want" Valeria said with a smirk smile. 

    "That I do" I reply with.

    We walk up to the counter and the employee. We order our ice cream and I pay for the treat then go find a table for us to sit. We sat with Theo and Dawn next to the window as me and Valeria sit across from each other. A waitress bring us our cold treat as Theo and Dawn eat ice cream cones as me and Valeria share the banana split. 

    After our treat we just went for a drive as I'm having Theo and Dawn get a feel for a classic American muscle car. As we're at a red light a dodge charger pull up next to us as the vehicle occupants started whistling and making cat sounds. As the light turn green I floored the petal as the mustang did 0 to 100 immediately leaving the dodge charger seeing my red lights. I heard laughter coming from the back seat as Theo and Dawn were laughing. We get home and spend time as a family until it was time for bed as Valeria staying the night over with us. 

    Valeria and me were showering together under the shower head as hot water run down our bodies. We get out drying our bodies off and put our sleep shorts and tank tops on then get in bed. Me and Valeria lay in bed as I pull Valeria against my chest as I get an arm around her waist. Valeria smell so good her scent is driving my wolf nuts as we lay. We drift to sleep as school start tomorrow.
