Chapter 3

Amelia POV

I wake to an empty bed then hear the bathroom door opening. Valeria walks out drying her hair. Crap, I can't resist seeing her naked body. I sat up and stretched.

"morning sleepy head" I hear Valeria say as she sits and leans in to kiss peck on my lips.

"Morning babe I did like the eye candy that my eyes are seeing" I say and kiss peck her back.

I slide out of bed and go take a shower as well. After a quick refreshing shower I get out and dry. I walk out of the bathroom as Valeria pulls her red panties up. My eyes went black as Raven was pushing to take control but I quickly took a deep breath. I walk over, wrap my arms around her waist and kiss the back of her neck.

"You're making it difficult for me to not take you right now" I whisper in her ear. She turned in my arms.

"Then what's stopping you?" She said as she put her arms around my neck and kissed me.

I quickly looked at the time and it was only 5:45 in the morning. I went back to kissing her as we fell onto the bed. We made love for an hour then got our undergarments and school uniform on. I actually do like our school uniform, it is a simple mid thigh purple skirt, white shirt with our school wolf head logo over the left breast area and mandatory white knee socks. I sat on the bed as I put heels on as Valeria put her heels on too then we brush our teeth and grabbed our school bags and left the house as Julie and Mayetta left as well. For the boys school uniform it was black pants, grey shirt, a leather belt, a tie and mandatory black shoes.

Valeria and I get in my ford mustang as they take Julie's jeep. I start the car and drive to Starbucks for my morning coffee. I order the usual caramel white chocolate mocha frappuccino for us both and pay at the window as we're in drive thru. I got our coffee from the window person and left driving to school.

We pull into the school's parking lot as we're drinking our coffee. Damn Starbucks coffee is good. I park the car in a parking spot and we get out. Valeria and I see our group near the school entrance. We walk over with our backpacks on and coffee in hand.

"Hey guys" I say as my friends see me doing well since the attack over the weekend.

"How you doing Amelia you were only that hurt" Seth, a vampire from the local vampire coven said.

"I'm fine and doing alright" I reassure him.

Everyone heads inside as me and Valeria toss our empty coffee drinks away. We went to our lockers and to our first class. I went to mine which was English. I took my seat as the teacher walked in. The day went on as well as my other morning classes Drama, Biology, and food science. It is now my lunchtime as I walk into the cafeteria as there are 2 lunch periods. I get in the lunch line and grab a stray as the lunch ladies put food on it as I smile and thank them. I pay for my food and go to my table. I saw Julie, Bess, and half of the group there chatting so I thought the rest would get second lunch. I sit next to Julie and Bess then join the chatter at the table as I eat.

After lunch I say bye to my friend and walk to my locker for my afternoon classes which are music, advanced math, history and gym. I walk to my music class but I'm also sensing a presence in magical power somewhere in the school so I ignore it and continue walking. The bell rings as I enter the music room and take my seat. The teacher introduces herself as Avery Ellis or Mrs. Ellis and takes attendance then she calls us up to the front of the class and sings a song to see where we go from there. When the teacher calls my name and gets up to the front of the class and sings 'Can you feel the love tonight' from Lion king. I warm my voice then start to sing the song being a bit seductive.

"Can you feel the love tonight?"

"The peace the evening brings"

"The world, for once, in perfect harmony"

I see the class and the teacher getting a bit emotional as I sing.

"So many things to tell her"

"But how to make her see"

I see the girls and the teacher get tears in their eyes as they also get tissues. The boys were holding back the tears.

I say Timon & Pumba last lines of the song as well as I finished. I looked at the room as I didn't see a dry eye as everyone was crying or wiping tears and yes even the teacher too. I bow slightly.

"that... was so... beautiful Miss Frost" I hear and look at Mrs. Ellis. As she says between her sobbing and tears wiping.

"Thank you Mrs. Ellis." I say, thanking her.

I look back at my classmates as I hear them compliment me on the song I choose. After the class stops and gathers themselves we continue as one by one goes up to the front and sings. The class ends as the bell rings as I grab my stuff and gym bag then walk out. I make my way to my advanced math class as I get a sip of water from a water fountain in the hall.

I get to my math class and sit at my desk as the bell rings. The math teacher comes in and explains what the course is about as he hands out a practice test on our desks.

"Alright, this test is meant to test your minds" the teacher said.

When the teacher said 'go' we started our test. I read the test questions as I solve each one. After a couple minutes the class was done as we passed our tests to the front row and the teacher took them then looked them over.

"Excellent class" he complimented us.

"This practice test was meant to challenge your minds and you blew it out of the ball park" he added.

Me and the class feel proud of that statement. The teacher continues to talk as he passes out the class outline and goes over it. The class ends as the bell rings as I put the papers away and grab my stuff then processes to walk out of the classroom.

I met up with Valeria as we got History and Gym, the only two classes we got together. We walk in as more students walk in as well and we take our seats. I take mine as Valeria sits diagonally from me 2 rows over. Valeria sets her stuff down and comes over then sits on the edge of my desk. Valeria and I were talking as the new history teacher walked.

We saw a gorgeous woman walk in and I was starstruck at the sight of her. I saw how her pencil skirt hugged her waist down to her mid thighs as she wore black stockings underneath, her white blouse perfectly covering her chest. I know my girlfriend is also looking at her as the guys in the class whistles and howls like hungry wolves. The moment mine and her eyes meet I know something about her is drawing us both to her. When our eyes met I thought I saw the new teacher's eyes turn icy blue at that moment.

I managed to catch my head in my hand as I felt a bit lightheaded as my wolf was stirring and a side to me that was starting to wake. I excused myself as I quickly left the classroom and made my way to the girl's restroom. I splash cold water on my face as I look in the mirror. I shook my head then clapped my cheeks and walked back to class. I entered as the teacher was taking attendance.

"Your name is?" I hear the teacher ask.

"Amelia Frost" I simply said.

She scans the attendance list.

"Ah here you are, if you are feeling alright then please take your seat" she says and I do as she asks.

I take my seat as I feel Valeria trying to mind linked me.

'You ok?' Valeria ask

'Yea just a bit lightheaded I'll be alright' I reassure her.

'Tell me if you're feeling lightheaded or dizzy' she says.

‘Of course' I say and close the mind link.

The teacher introduces herself as Ms. Tepes. My wolf was purring at the sound of the teacher's name.

'Flirty wolf' I say to Raven.

'What I like the sound of her name and beside there is something about her I can't put my paw on' Raven replied.

'what?' I asked.

'I don't know' Raven said back.

I pay attention as Ms. Tepes explains the course of the class. We simply discuss current events for the rest of the class period. The time flew by as the bell rings as Valeria and I grab our stuff and go to the gym.

We walked to the gym and into the girls locker room. We put our stuff in locker rooms next to each other and change into our gym clothes. We left the locker room and walked to the class as the gym teacher took attendance.

"Alright students, you can walk or jog around the outside of the basketball court for today" the Gym teacher says.

Some of the class walk as the rest jog around the outside of the court. Valeria and Me jog around the court doing laps.

"This is nothing compared to the joint training we do at the pack's training grounds" I say.

"Agreed" Valeria says in agreement.

We keep a slow and steady breathing as we jog. We continued the pace for the rest of class as the students who were jogging were panting and sweating. Valeria and I were the only ones still jogging as the gym teacher blew his whistle. Everyone went into their respectful locker rooms to shower and change.

Valeria and I went to our hall lockers and took our stuff. We met out at my car. We get in as we put our stuff on the back seat then I start the car ripping the engine a few times. Gosh I love hearing the 600 horsepower engine purring.

I drive Valeria home to the vampire coven mansion. I pull into the driveway that leads to the coven's mansion. Valeria gets her stuff from the back seat.

"Later love" She says as she kiss peck my lips.

"later babe" I say back.

Valeria gets out and walks up the front steps then opens the door and walks inside. I drive away as I drive home. I listen to Florida Georgia Line 'cruise' song as I drive home. You can take me far away from me but you won't take the country out of this girl, I'm always gonna be a country girl. I pull into the long driveway up to the pack house. I take my stuff and go inside up to my room. I enter as I put my school stuff on my desk as I then take my school uniform off and put on ripped jeans and a blue shirt. I head downstairs as I put my phone in my back pocket. I get a snack as I put my ford mustang away in my dimensional storage as my custom white with purple flames chopper appears where the mustang was. I finish with my snack as I mind link my parents saying 'I'm going out on my chopper' then walk out and get on starting it. I ride my chopper cause I love feeling the wind in my red hair as it blows with the wind.

Catherine POV

I was sleeping peacefully after a night at the grave of my late protector. Nia, one of my vampire maids I turned in the 1860s comes in and opens my window curtains as the sun hits my face. I stir as I pull my blanket over my head as I turn onto my side.

"Time to wake mistress." Nia says.

"five more minutes" I responded.

Nia walks up to the bed and grabs the blanket then pulls it off the bed. I sat up and stretched as my tank top lifted revealing the bottom of my breasts. I yawn and get out of bed walking to the bathroom. I turn the shower on and strip, getting in feeling the hot water on my body. I wash my body and hair then get out, turning off the water and grabbing a towel drying off.

I walk back to my room with the towel around my body. I walked in as Eva, another vampire maid I turned were laying my teaching clothes, a pencil skirt, black stockings, and a white blouse on my bed. I take the towel off and grab a blue pair of undergarments, putting them on then the layout work clothes. I sat on my bed as I put heels on. I walk out of my room followed by Eva as Lucia pours my fresh brew cup of coffee.

"Morning Lucia, Misty and Sebastian" I say.

"morning mistress" Lucia and Misty say in unison.

"Milady, here the company reports" Sebastian says as he hands me a stack of papers.

"Thanks Sebastian." I say as I take the papers and sit in a chair on the balcony as Lucia sets my cup of coffee down.

I read the company reports as I sip my coffee. I run a luxury hotel chain as my hotels are built on beach fronts and other places. The first hotel was built here in the United States in Los Angeles in the 1950s since then there is one in almost every major city across the globe. I finish with the reports as I set them down and look out from my luxury apartment balcony.

I sigh as it is almost a millennium since I was dethroned and now in exile. My sorceress advisor saved my life as 7 purebloods and their households started a coup. For the past 9 centuries we were running for our lives and thanks to Helen power we managed to stay alive. Helen gave me a portion of her power and trained me to use it. We went our separate ways and stayed in touch as we established a personal mind link. It has been 11 years as the personal mind link is now gone. I was at her grave last night which was on the Americas High Alpha territory.

I finish my cup and head inside grabbing my purse, car keys, phone and work stuff.

"Sebastian, you'll let me know if anything comes up from the company" I say.

"Of course milady" he replied.

I say bye to my servants and get in the elevator pressing the garage button. The elevator closed and went down as I hummed a tune waiting. The elevator door opens and I walk over to my black lamborghini aventador starting it, revving the engine a few times and driving off. I drive through morning traffic as I wear my sunglasses.

I pull into the school's teacher parking lot and into a parking spot. I turn my car off and grab my stuff then head inside. I walk to the principal office and meet with the head principal as I introduce myself. Afterwards I introduce myself to the other teachers before the students enter the school. The other history teacher helped me to my classroom and I set my stuff on the teacher desk.

I went to the restroom and gave myself a look over before the students were let in. Once I was finished I went back to my classroom as the bell rang signaling for the students to come in. I watch as students come into the classroom and take their seats. I introduce myself as Ms. Tepes, the new history teacher this year. I took attendance trying to pronounce names to the correct person. The day went smoothly as I repeated this with my other classes and now it was my free time before my next class.

I feel my thirst growing as I haven't fed a person in quite some time. I decided to teleport to Paris, France as I grab my phone. I arrive in Paris, France the city of love as I walk into a clothing store. I look around and find a lady walking into a changing room. I follow her in and push her up against the wall as my eyes turn icy blue and my fangs extend. I cover her mouth so she won't scream and stare into her eyes.

"You will be quiet and not scream" I complied her.

The woman is quiet now as I sunk my fangs into her neck driving her blood. I drink enough of her blood to ease my thirst. I remove my fangs from her neck and lick the puncture wound close. I look into her eyes again.

"you will forget this and continue what you were doing" I say as I stare into her eyes.

I teleport back to school back in my class. I went to the restroom and washed the blood from my mouth. I hear the bell rings as students come out of their last class periods. I sense a familiar magical presence but I push that aside for now. I grab a few paper towels and dry my face then process to walk back to the class being professional.

I walked into the classroom as a student in the fourth row, fifth desk suddenly excused herself and left the class. I start to take attendance when she returns to class. I look up as she stands there.

"Your name is?" I ask

"Amelia Frost" she replied.

I scan through attendance and see her name.

"Ah here you are, if you're feeling alright then please take your seat" I say and she does as I ask.

After I took attendance I set the clipboard and pen down. I walk around lean against my desk as I talk about the class course. We discuss current events that are going on around the globe. The class period went fast as the bell rings as the students gathered their stuff and left. I walked back around and sat in my chair stretching then lean back.

"hm Frost, that is the last name of the Americas high alpha. She must be his daughter and that means she is also Helen's." I say quiet.

The last class arrives as they take their seats as I repeat the routine attendance, going over the class course, and current events. I can get used to being a history teacher as I am history and live through an millennium of it. The school day ends as the last bell rings and I sit in my chair then a breath of relief. I stay for an hour and prepare my first lesson for my classes for tomorrow. I left after I finished the lesson plan as I made my way to my car and drove back to my apartment.

I get back to my apartment and change into comfortable clothes. I go sit out on the balcony as I remember a prophecy I heard centuries ago in Greece. What the sisters of fate who were actually witches say about mine and Helen's fates.

"The exile queen will seek help from a child that is blessed by the Moon Goddess and regain what she lost" Karin, one of the sisters of fate says.

I see the sisters then look at Helen as they tell her fate.

"A child of 3 will love and protect a queen along with her vampire bride as she gets a goddess protection" Maria, another fate sister.

I kept replaying the two fates in my mind as I looked out across the skyline. I can just stare out in this peaceful moment. But I have to reclaim my throne from those bastard traitors.
