“Hey, why is Ethan in the meeting?” Alden asked Nially as the latter approach the school paper meeting room. She raised a brow and continued walking, ignoring Alden at the doorway. “Geez. I was just asking.”
Their class was over and Zian was holding a meeting for the school paper, presiding in behalf of their editor-in-chief. Inside were all the officers except for Ethan. Alden knew he couldn’t be part of the club because he’s a transferee.
