I had just got done with counseling when Eli called to tell me he was on his way over to the house. It’s been a few weeks since I saw him and Mel. I wasn’t expecting to see them anytime soon. Since they stayed with Chase and Miah the whole time I was in that coma and a week after, I knew they had a lot to catch up on with their own lives. But hearing that he was in town, made me extremely happy.
