Chase  Trying to help someone that doesn’t want your help has to be the one most frustrating thing ever. As I watch Kay struggle to get out of bed, all I want to do is help but she refuses it at every turn. Not when it comes to helping her get out of bed, cook, bathe, stand in the shower, the garden, take care of Poetry, do physical therapy, nothing. She’s been trying to juggle being a mother, recovery, and physical therapy on her own. She exhausts herself to the point where it’s unhealthy.
