This is one of the first books in the series Threads of Fate. Charity Blackwell escapes her family's and pack's abuse by accepting a full scholarship to Harvard. Due to several circumstances, she winds up sharing a dorm with Ashton Kinkaid, Alpha of the Crescent Fang, and her fated mate, though she does not know that yet, as she is only sixteen years old. Ashton, in the meantime, has to overcome the fact that his fated mate comes from a family he vowed to destroy and is too young for him to claim at the moment.
