Trying to live a true love story life

- Hello! I'm Lara, am only 18 years old and live only with my dad and 2 brothers. I have worked before but I had to move out of the house where we lived. We didn't have enough money to pay for the rent since it was hard. I'm really willing to be working this job. I want to be able to pay for the rent at home since no one else does it, so I want to be able to do that at least. Well, here I am at an interview. Will I get accepted? I have to, no matter what, dad will kill me if I don't go home with some good news at least. I am tired of them, but, it's not like I will be able to choose what's right and wrong in my life, right? I was the cause of mother's death, so now I gotta make up for that. If I could just do something right in my life... - Lara? Lara?, said the interviewer  Ah, yes? I'm sorry i was daydreaming for a second there.. - No problem Lara, she smiled She got a very beautiful smile. It reminds me of mom.. - Why do you think this is the right job for you? Doesn't your dad make enough of money to pay the rent and you're a bit young to work, isn't it so?, she asked. Dad did you say? He uses that money for alcohol and drugs how will he be able to pay for the rent if he doesn't have even enough money for his ''yummy things''? I think this is the right job because i have knowledge already from my last job. It was almost the exact same. And for dad..  I breath in Well, he makes money, but it's not enough still. Who will have to pay for food if all the money goes for the rent? So I'll have to help him as well. It will make him happy obviously. - Oh, i understand.. well.. you are hired, she said smiling My eyes lit up Oh thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I'll be doing my best here, I promise. Thank you very much, I am really thankful. Thank you. Thank you. I know I was smiling so much right now, but obviously he finally will be more thankful to me. She laughs and says - You're welcome, i mean you can start your first day already right now since it's only 08:30. So you'll get paid for 7 hours instead. Oh right, about that.. You'll only get 9$ per hour, so yeah, you'll be able to earn more when you work more here, she smiled. Only 9$ per hour??, that's more than enough.
