AUTHOR’S POV Lykos scanned the horizon, watching the coastline fade into a thin line against the vast ocean. They had been sailing for quite some time, the boat's rhythmic rise and fall drawing him into deep concentration. But then his compass beeped, and he realized they had arrived at the destination.
