The Alpha's Mute Mate

CHAPTER 1 The sun was at the center of the sky, and its rays illuminated a small kingdom. The people mode about their daily activities and everything seemed peaceful. Meanwhile, the enormous, iron gates of the kingdom opened up and a group of strong and slightly hefty men walked cheerfully and briskly in. They were numbered thirty and they had just returned from a long battle. Leading them was a handsome and muscular man. He was shirtless, and his bare body displayed his muscles. His black short and smooth hair with blue eyes made him alluring to women. Not just him, everyone who came in from the gate with him were also shirtless. Their well ripped body with nice abs was enough to give a certain kind of allure to ladies. As the men walked through the gates, there was one of them who happened to be in the middle. His hands were tied up behind him and he looked tall and seemed extremely strong. As a matter of fact, one could say he was just as strong as the leader of the warriors and he emitted a deathly aura. His eyes were closed as he walked with the men. He had a solemn look on his face but it was also calm at the same time. As they entered, a man carrying baskets suddenly yelled out and broke the news to the citizens. “They have returned! Alpha Jayden and the warriors have returned!” He yelled out, making the people come out to greet their Alpha. The people cheered gracefully and some even showered flowers on them. The man leading the warriors bowed and wore a smile on his face. He waved to the people of his kingdom as they cheered loudly for him. The people were ecstatic and with high elation, they celebrated the victory of their Alpha. Given the circumstances, they couldn’t be blamed for their loud cheers. Two night before the return of the Alpha and the warriors, Alpha Jayden led his warriors to go hunt a former rogue wolf, an Alpha named Lucas, the man currently tied. Lucas was known for his cruelty and evil deeds. He was so feared that no wolf would dare to go against him, not even the other Alphas in the kingdom. However, one of the Alpha’s finally stood against him and that was Alpha Jayden. He and his warriors successfully hunted down and captured the rogue Alpha and now he was brought back into the kingdom to be judged. After many years of experiencing Alpha Lucas tyranny, this really came as a relief to the Blood Moon kingdom. ********** Inside a big kitchen, there were lots of people wearing aprons moving around and working like ants scurrying around the kitchen. There were women and a few men in the place, and they were all doing different things. In the middle of the kitchen, was a short woman. She was about four feet seven inches tall and she held a wooden spoon in her hands while she gave instructions. “Hey, go put the cake inside the oven. It must be ready for our customers…” “…Not there. You’ll ruin the paste…” “Move faster, Don. You don’t want to keep our warriors waiting…” “…Go tell the butler to get the wine ready. Our noble warriors are back. We must prepare a good feast for them.” She yelled and waved her wooden spoon around as she gave out instructions to the workers. She was sweating profusely, as the kitchen was hot and filled with people, despite its ventilation. She looked around the kitchen as she wanted to give instructions to a person, however she couldn’t see the person anywhere. She was the supervisor in this kitchen and was chosen due to her good cooking skills. At the same time, she was responsible for everything and everyone in this place. So not finding someone in this place made her greatly annoyed. “Where the hell is Aurora?!” She exclaimed angrily. ********* Meanwhile, a girl dressed in a white apron and a black gown scurried towards the gate. She lifted her gown up slightly and ran as fast as her legs could carry her. Her smooth and long hair was white in color and so was her skin. She was slightly tall with Phoenix black eyes. She had nice curves and she looked beautiful. She ran with a lot of speed and her hair waved. She looked so young and beautiful. Her appearance alone was enough to attract lots of men. She began to see a crowd gathered on the walkway and cheering for the warriors. She got to the crowd and pushed her way forward but suddenly, hefty men blocked her path. She jumped and tried to see the soldiers but she couldn’t, as the men blocking her were taller than her. She frowned and looked around and spotted some girls on the rooftop of a building. Seeing this, an idea suddenly struck her and she went through the crowd again. She got to a small alley. There was a cart filled to the brim with dried hays and straws, and a barrel by the side. She smiled and pulled her skirt even higher. She ran and jumped on the wooden wine barrel before jumping high enough to put a dent on the barrel head and used her hands to grab a pole. With this, she swung until she gathered enough momentum to stand on the pole and she jumped towards the roof of the building. Just as she thought her hand would reach it, she began to descend and her face changed from a hopeful one to one of fear. However, just as one would think she fell to her death, she was still able to climb up the wall and she got to the roof. She sighed and looked at her hand, which had claws on them. The claws reverted back to nails in no time and she smiled before trotting to get a view of the men from above. She was able to see them and she too waved and cheered in her own way. Despite the happiness in her heart, she couldn’t voice it out. She was a voiceless Beta werewolf and that was the reason that despite her beauty, she was unable to find a mate. No wolf would want to mate with a female who couldn’t even moan during s*x. She was able to see the warriors and she felt an ecstatic feeling befall her. She felt that watching them from above wasn’t enough, and she wanted to see them up close. Besides, she couldn’t stay on that roof forever, as the hunters were moving towards the castle. She turned around and jumped down from the building. But she was landing with a lot of momentum so she used her claws to scratch the wall, thereby reducing her momentum and she landed on a cart full of hays. She climbed out and walked towards the sidewalk where there were not many people. She went through this small crowd until she was at the front. She waved her hands at the warriors and suddenly, her eyes met with the criminal in between them. His silver gray eyes collided with hers and she suddenly felt something rush through her body. The cheers of the crowd could almost not be heard anymore and this feeling washed over her body. ‘What’s… going on. I…' she couldn’t even make up a complete thought as she watched this alluring man being walked away. She was having a peculiar feeling in her body. The feeling was pleasurable… It was… sinful. This rogue Alpha suddenly felt so alluring to her eyes. She tried to stop herself but then she couldn’t. Her body began to respond to the call and her n*****s suddenly got hard. She felt a tingle from down below and something warm seeped out… she was getting wet. Suddenly, the bright sunny afternoon began to get dark as dark clouds began to cover the sun’s bright light. A small downpour came down first but she wasn’t bothered. All she did was stare at the rogue Alpha, Lucas. Her heart pounded furiously and her face flushed red with love and embarrassment. It was like she had finally found her long awaited mate. One of the warriors, Grayson, quickly clapped and sent everyone to go back to work. There was no way they would paradise them all day. It was at this moment that Aurora snapped out of her daze and the lustful feeling slowly left her. She looked down and wondered what was going on. Meanwhile, Alpha Lucas, even after getting past her, still had his gaze on her. Seeing the heavy downpour of rain, Aurora quickly snapped out of her daze and got to shelter.
