He Who Wields the Power to Protect His Mate

I hope you'll go along this journey with me to discover the meanings and the findings of this story!* Liam POV I was in my office finishing the treaty renewals with our formal ally the Winterfold Pack. I signed my signature known as Alpha Liam Lycan on the dotted line along with Alpha Erin Stoner who is the Alpha of Winterfold Pack. I looked up at him only to see his eyes glazed over which must mean he's mind linking. I stood there waiting for him to address the approval of shaking hands. He looks at me with an angered, but worried look. I lifted a brow in question of his expression. "Rogues... They're attacking my daughter's school. If you would please help in combat that'd be very much appreciated." He sounded desperate and very pleasing. i nodded my head in approval for his request turning my back to him and making my way to my car as my men were tailing behind me. We got into the car and followed the Alpha Erin to his daughter's school. As soon as we arrived we've found quite a few rogues outside gaurding the schools entrances. I shifted into my black wolf as my eyes as well changing to my usual dark ocean blue with a little glow to them. I began ripping into every rogue that came in my way attacking me. I was getting closer to the entrance and when I was just a few feet away I heard a loud howl coming from inside and out of nowhere a sickening sweet smell smashed onto my nose. The smell was so strong that it was definitely really close. It smelled like Spearmint and my wolf talking to me began screaming in my head 'MATE! We've found mate! Get in there and make sure that howl wasn't her! She could be hurt or worse! GET GOING!' and without a second later I busted straight into those front doors and followed the scent while killing each rogue that got in my way.  Tearing into they're flesh and making them go limp just by each tear and s***h I've made into they're heads causing them to be brain dead. Then the scent was leading from the gym where I came crashing into the doors and saw my mate beating the s**t out of all those rogues and watching her every move. Just was she was focusing in on 1 rogue in front of her another came behind getting ready to pounce. I took this oppurtunity and ran straight for him knocking him into the wall while he was in mid air. He was obviously dead when he hit the floor knowing he must've hit his head on the wall too hard. I looked at my mate already finished with the one she was fighting before. She looked up at me keeping a long starring contest into my eyes no blinking what so ever. I made my way to her taking in her spearmint scent pleasurably while a growl was building up in my chest. I laid my wolf head on her shoulder as she just backed away from me hearing her father call out to her. I growled at him for interupting the moment, but he just ignored me. "Go and put these on. I'll talk to you when you come back out." Erin said handing his daughter the clothes as she carried them in her mouth making her way to the womens locker room. My beta Zak called out to me handing me some clothes to change into as well. I transformed back into my human form not even realizing that my mate was already out of the womens locker room. She quickly turned around with a pink blush taking over her cheeks. I slipped on my shorts and smiled at her. "You can turn back around now." I said smirking. She turned around and headed to her father who was starring at me with a serious death glare. I walked up behind her completely ignoring her father and wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her to my bare chest and whispered in her ear, but others could still here me as I said "Mine! I found what's mine!" She looked up at me with the most sweetest smile that it made my wolf howl inside. I held her like that while my head was resting on her neck taking in the scent.  "Alpha Liam. Let of my daughter." Alpha Erin sounded angry trying to pull whats mine out of my arms. I looked up at him giving him the most deadliest glare I could ever make.  "She's MINE!" I roared and pulled her back to me making the Alpha raise a brow. "My daughter's you're mate?" He asked. I looked down at her as she was looking at me with a look of worriness and concern. I starred into her deep emerald green eyes not even breaking it. "she's my mate! She's my half of my moon." I whispered only for him and her to hear. I looked up at him and he nodded is head in acceptance. I nodded back thanking him. "Dad... We need to get home..." My mates got the hottest voice ever. That's the first time I've ever heard her speak. "Oh! And my dear mate. Please control yourself." She said as I realized I've gotten an erection rising over the sound of her voice. Well hell I mean can you blame me? She's so damn hot its making it hard for my wolf to contain itself even for me. Everyone just coughed awkwardly. If you enjoyed this so far...
