Immortal 4

Episode 4

Jake got down from his horse and commanded the guards his father had instructed to restrict him from leaving the compound to step aside but they stood their ground. Jake drew his large sword in anger.

"Step aside or I will cut you all down" Jake threatened.

"He is my only son. He must not leave this compound" Jake's father said to the guards.

"Jake please calm down. I'm your mother. I will make this right I promise" Jake's mum cried.

"You will make what right mum? You have insulted me" He grabbed his mother by the neck and put the sword across her neck. Jake's father was shocked. He couldn't believe what Jake was about to do.

"Tell your guards to step aside or I will kill your wife" Jake threatened his father.

"My wife is your mother" Jake's father corrected Jake.

"I don't care. You don't get it do you father? One of those girls you sent away is my heartthrob. I love her so much and had plans of proposing to her. You can now understand how desperate I want to embark on this journey"

Jake's father knew he meant it. There was fire in Jake's eyes; fire of anger. Jake's father ordered the guards to back down and they did. Jake mounted his horse after he had released his mother. The mother sat on the ground crying so hard. "I love you mother. I could never hurt you" Jake said and rode off at once. Jake's mother continued to cry as her husband consoled her.

"Jake will return. He always survives all things" Jake's father assured her.

At the home of the Night Witch, Tracy and her friend had been locked up in the cell of the white witch and the witch was now seated in her shrine with the one eyed man.

"Your ambition is not yet clear. You would destroy the whole of Kezeya because of the lack of love of someone you love?" The witch asked him.

"I don't want to destroy them but I want them to feel my pain after I become king" said the one eyed man.

"So it is so. Your eyes rests upon the throne of Kezeya. You want to possess the greatest power none has in Kezeya. I wonder what you need the throne for" said the witch.

"I need the throne to make the only woman I have ever loved; Jake's mother to kneel before me and call me her king after I roast her husband alive." said the one eyed man.

The witch smiled and told him that his rituals will begin in a four days time. All he had to do was wait in her home for that four days while she summons the spirit of the immortal to possess him. The one eyed man was happy and was ready to wait.

Across the land of the red people, Jake was approaching and the only fears he had was how to penetrate the red villages to the home of the night witch. He killed his horse, disguised himself as a red person and matched pass the villages. He traveled for two days and on the third day while he was about to cross the last village of the red people he was caught by the villagers who recognised him not to be one of them. He was taken to the palace of the ruler of that village and unluckily for him the daughter of the ruler fell in love with him at first sight.
