274 Words
In Ubiam the Onowu of Ubiam was not given what he craved for and it made him very sad. He became angry with the Queen of Getu and tried whatever he could to assure her that he meant no harm and that she should stop waiting on a man that he was sure was never going to be alive from the blow of the god of war, Ube. This statement of the Onowu kept on making the Queen of Getu uncomfortable and angry. She tried her best to resist the love advances of the Onowu but the Onowu would not give up, instead she kept on tormenting her and making her restless. Golibe whose love advances of the Onowu to her father had made so angry and hateful of him was told by her sister Oyolima never to put her mouth in the affair of their mother and that of the Onowu of Ubiam. Golibe was not going to allow that sink and she sought for the best opportunity to warn the Onowu without letting him know he did. It was a case of Onowu being very well mean with those that would not let him have his way and that was exactly what the woman was doing. She was actually not letting him have his way. Ube landed in the land of Ubiam and all who saw him enter avoided him. He was a carrying big sword and riding on his horse. His face was gloomy and he looked like a man who was thirsty for blood. He looked like he needed blood to drink and so all who saw him took precaution.
