Death Woods 1: The Beginning

In the time of the Middle Ages, vampires roamed freely, killing innocent people. That is why the Slayers were created. They were created to protect the innocent; their strength, determination, and powers are what make them unique. No one knows of their true identity except for their guardian. The guardian protects them and guides them toward their destiny. Only four Slayers were created and as the old one's die the new ones are born but only two of the four can control the Crystal of Light and the Sacred Book. These sacred items are used when the Underworld and the Human world are about to collide in an epic battle of Good vs. Evil.       There is only one vampire out of millions that is chosen to rule the undead in the human world; the Vampire King rules with orders from his master the Devil. The Devil can grant one wish to the king if he dies but, if the king should die at the hands of the Crystal of Light and the Sacred, as he has every time before, he shall forever be bound to the Underworld. I was born to protect the innocent. My friends and I were all born in the year of 1992; the same year the four slayers before us died. Out of the four of us only two have the power to control the Crystal of Light and the Sacred Book. As their leader, it is my responsibility to protect them, so we can win the coming war. We will fight, but we may not live to tell the tale. . .
