Ally’s POV
I jumped out of my bed, almost falling over in the process as I was tangled up in my covers. Stumbling and struggling to get out of them, I headed for the door.
“Where are you going?” Adeline yelled after me
“I have to stop this,” I yelled back as I ran through the door.
“Ally!” she yelled after me as I continued to run.
“I have to try.”
She wasn’t lying.
The sight that met me when I reached the office was pure chaos.
Papers were scattered all over the ground, one of the chairs was broken into several pieces and the door was hanging halfway off its hinges.
