My Alpha is my enemy

Chapter 1 The new Luna bloom ceremony preparation had sent the red zone clan in high spirits as everyone of them was prepared to make sure that the celebration went smoothly. The new Luna bloom ceremony occured only after twelve years in order to reverend the gods that protect their werewolf clan. The clan members would often use this opportunity to restructure their clan structures and ensure that their borders are protected properly from any external invasion from other werewolf clans. There was a lot of drinking and eating as the ceremony lasted for a whole month. The Alpha male of the clan use this opportunity to present their Luna female lovers to the Alpha head to seek his consent on their wedding. The whole clan always had high expectations for the ceremony and made sure to always designate their duties properly. It didn't seem exciting for Luna Gabrielle who was the daughter of the Alpha head and was barely allowed to go out, so she spent most of her time in the royal palace. Everything she desired was given to her in the royal palace ranging from the best of food, drinks down to the best of slaves. She never lacked anything. Her life had taken a whole new turn at the age of six when her mother was being killed and butchered by one of the cross blood clan members which was as a result of the war that erupted between the two clans. Luna Gabrielle had always known that her clan members was always at risk of being killed by the cross blood clan. The event of her mother's death had always hunted her dreams and she could recall the event clearly even though she is now twenty years old. It happened in the late hours of the day when the clouds had suddenly began to close up and form thick dark clouds. Little droplets of rain fell slowly from the sky and the red zone clan had never expected that there would be an invasion into their clan so their armed men were not on guard fully. The cross red clan had invaded the red zone clan unawares killing most of the red zone clan members. Luna Gabrielle had woken up in shock as she saw through her window the fire balls that were thrown to her clan members. Instinctively she had transformed into her werewolf form and sought after the invaders fierce- fully even though she was tender. Luna Gabrielle ended up scratching one of the intruders face with her claws and ran to her mother's room for shield. Her mother on seeing her immediately transformed to her werewolf form in order to protect her against the attack of the invader who was already in his werewolf form and running behind Luna Gabrielle to hunt her down. When Luna Gabrielle got into the room, her mother immediately pounced on the invader and began to fight fiercely without any hesitation they rolled together on the floor and bruised their hands and legs. The invader thrust it's claws into Luna Gabrielle mother's neck and fought her fiercely as bruises filled all over her body. Her mother begun to feel weakened slowly and transformed into her human form. Luna Gabrielle stood in the room in awe and hurt, not knowing exactly what to do at the moment as she was still tender, the invader thrust it's claws into her mother's chest which sent blood trickling from her body as her mother spoke her last words out: "Ruuuun," Luna Gabrielle ran out of her mother's room in anxiety without looking back but she could hear the voice of her mother scream in agony and when she stopped abruptly to look back she could see the intruder butchering her dead mother's body to pieces. Luna Gabrielle instantly froze at the site of this violent action her whole being became furious and she was about to launch an attack on the intruder when one of the guards hurriedly ran towards her and carried her away from the gruesome sight.  The cross blood clan had begun to leave their clan after the war as they had conquered their clan members and taken some of the red zone clan members away from their clan.  The red zone clan mourned their loss the next day and began preparing a burial ceremony for their clan members. Alpha Gonzalo fell bed ridden and sick as a result of the death of his mate and at the middle of the night he would moan loudly calling out his mate's name in agony. When it continued for weeks one of the clan members suggested that another mate should be gotten for him in order to sooth him from his loss. The action of the clan members consoles Alpha Gonzalo and helped him slowly heal. Luna Gabrielle never ceased to blame herself for the death of her mother for years and having a step-mother who always maltreated her made Luna Gabrielle think it was the consequences she got from the harm that befell her mother. Her sad tale had begun shortly after her step-mother was brought into the royal house were they inhabited. Luna daisy never gave her a break. She would always let Luna Gabrielle do the chores rather than the slaves which were at their disposal if Alpha Gonzalo wasn't around. Luna daisy had threatened to make sure her life becomes a living hell for her if she chooses to rebel against any of her orders. Alpha Gonzalo had despised Luna Gabrielle for causing the death of his dead mate and often times didn't check up on her to know her welfare. Although Luna Gabrielle had gradually become accustomed to Luna daisy maltreatment she felt a certain urge to tell her father Alpha Gonzalo but she feared that he might not give her a listening ear, so she never uttered a word rather she prayed for the gods to give her strength to overcome her trails. Luna daisy had managed to make everyone in the clan believe that she had restored the lost joy to her father Alpha Gonzalo. He had been happy ever since Luna daisy arrival at the house which seems evidently true as everyday Alpha Gonzalo showered her with so much love, attention and gifts that he failed to notice the reoccurring trauma of his daughter Luna Gabrielle.
