Krystal slowly turned to Zale, an exasperated sigh escaping her lips. She couldn’t believe Sage could suggest something so crazy. They could end up losing their lives if they went through with it.
“Look, Zale. There is a way we can find our brothers.” Sage answered, extreme worry and frustration and dancing in the pools of her eyes.
“A way that could end up getting both of us killed!” Krystal exclaimed, her eyes going wide in complete disbelief.
“Would you rather let our brothers get killed instead?” Sage growled, her eyes blaring with annoyance.
