“I think Zale here would get along with Ryker the best.” Sage said with a loud chuckle, making Krystal let out a loud laugh as Zale looked between the two, his expression both confused and amused.
“Why do you think so?” Zale asked, his eyes glinting with curiosity, making Krystal laugh even more.
“Don’t worry. You will find out when you meet him.” Krystal said, patting him on the back. Zale shook his head with a small smile on his face before digging into his food.
“I guess we have to get moving then. I can’t wait to meet this brother of yours.” He added and the trio let out low laughs.
When the trio were done eating, they rested for a bit before it was finally time to begin their journey. They roused their horses, packed up their stuff and began racing through the woods.
