Zale let out an exasperated sigh, running his fingers through his raven black hair.
“I have no idea what I’m supposed to do, Lucas. If I did, I wouldn’t be freaking out like this.” He snapped before he began pacing around the room, feeling a wave of anxiety flow through his system.
“I know, alpha. I’m sorry.” Lucas replied, scratching his head with a distressed look on his face while Zale nodded.
“No matter what happens, I cannot let Kris find out I have a mate.” Zale said anxiously. That would be his worst nightmare as he had no idea how she would react.
