The Second Chance

Emma's Pov "Now that's how it's done wolves!" My father yelled as I finished my 100th lap. "Come on Em one more" he yelled so I took of passing all the other wolves who are still on there first couple laps. Just to get tackled by Jordan, my best friend, my only worthy competition. I pushed him of and ruled over so I was on top of him and held my fist in the the air as warning. He then kicked me off and put me in a head lock. "Happy B-day!" He yelled in my ear. "Thanks" I said pulling out of his head lock. I then walked over the the bench and sat down getting a drink. So did Jordan. "I am just glad you not my mate" I said jokingly "Oh come on I can't be that bad" I just rolled my eyes and punched him lightly in the shoulder. We ran for a little longer and then went to watch TV. When I entered the living room I smelled the most amazing smell and new it was my mate. I look around the room only to find Jake the future alpha. He walked over to me smirking "I Jake black reject you Emma stone. Alison already has the job of Luna. You ok?" He asked smirking. Jordan then punched Jake as hard as he could and Jake was out cold. He turned to me and gave me a hug, and I let him as I was to weak to stand on my own. "He's a douche, any guy would be lucky to have you" he said giving me a little bit of reassurance. Jake then woke up and look at the both of us hugging, his eyes went charcoal black meaning his wolf came out. He growled at Jordan and started walking towards us angrily. "Mine!" He growled and went to hit Jordan but I stepped in the way. I caught his hand and a twisted it as hard as I could and growled with all my might. He started yelling because one I am the top warrior two it hurts worse if your their mate. "no you don't get to do this you rejected me! you don't get to decide!" I yelled and then a growl erupted from me that I didn't know was possible. "LEAVE!!! YOU ARE BANISHED FROM THIS PACK!!!" He yelled making me let go of him. "Son don't be stupid! Do you let her go the pack will crumble. She is the strongest member of our Pack!" Jake's father, Rick, yelled. Jake turned to his father and growled then left. "I will go pack my things, tell my family I will contact them when it is safe so Jake don't find out. I should go you don't want to get caught talking to a rouge." Tears were no streaming down my face at this point and even if I wasn't crying you could tell by my voice. I walked up stairs and grabbed a box under my bed which had some money in it and packed some clothes. Then I tossed it out my window then as I climbed out my window i took one last look and remembered the good days, when Jordan would come over and we would watch movies and tell jokes. After I jumped I ran as fast as I could into the woods as far and as fast as I could. I finally got to human town and rented a room in a motel. When I got into the motel I instantly laid in the bed and drifted off to sleep. I didn't get much sleep because I woke up to someone choking me! I then grabbed their rust and snapped it I turned them over so I was on top then lifted them up by their throat and pushed them against a wall. "Who are you?! What do you want?! Who sent you?!" I asked getting really mad. He was now grasping for air trying to breath. So I set him down but held on tight but not tight enough to kill him. "My name is Rick, I came here to kill you and Jake sent me." He said worried and fearful. After he answered my questions I had no use for him so I snapped his neck and drag them into the woods. After that I grabbed my bag and continued on my way to only the moon goddess knows where. Time skip to a week later Run. That's all I could think as I was sprinting, in human form because I haven't had my first shift yet. As I was running through the woods I was tackled by a silver wolf. At first I wondered from under him and then the warrior side took over, I pushed it of and punched its muzzle. He growled and shifted, then he put on shorts. "Your coming with me" his voice was very stern and demanding. "I am not going anywhere to you tell me who you are" I demanded "My name is Alexander and I am the beta of the royal pack. And you will come with me , rouge, to the king. He with decide your fate." He stated. I was shocked I didn't know I would every get to go to the royal pack, let alone to met the king! But I am a rouge so yeah it's not a good thing to met the alpha king if your a rouge. Alexander lead me too the dungeons and threw me in a cell. It was silver walls and roof so I could escape, royals aren't effected by silver, lucky. Time skip to the next day I woke up to the doors shaking and Alexander standing outside of it. I stood up to get out but quickly fell back down do to emended pain. At first I thought it was the silver but then I herd a bone crack, my first shift is happening!
