Chapter 21: No Matter What May Happen
Angelica's POV
It has been two weeks since I have gotten out of the abhorrent basement. Beck has been following me around most of the time, trying to force me to obey him, but Patrick has been there to help deter him. Sometimes I get cornered by him, but he hasn't tried to push himself onto me. Yet.
All the bruises and cuts from that time were finally gone and I had gained some weight back. It was hard to try and explain everything to Wes without getting to detailed. He made sure to ask me at night, when nobody else was around.
