' "Jessi " Wolfe half lifted himself so that he could see her face .What he saw was creamy half covered breasts ,hair on fire with the dawn ,and a sweet mouth so close to his aching flesh that he could feel each of her breaths as a current of warmth soaking through the sheet .He stroked a strand of the long mahogany hair that fanned across his chest . "Your hand is trembling ",she whispered '. I take a deep breath .Use my free hand to wipe a tear and turn my head to the drier parts of my pillow . It is no secret that Elizabeth Lowell turns my brain into mush . And my emotions into a unrealistic horrid tornado .Yet I am addicted to the highs of book induced passion . I can already feel it . That delicious sizzle in my core . My mind putting up the image of Wolfe Lonetree ,I can picture myself as a Jessica ,whispering words of love under my breath . "Take me Wolfe .Make me yours " My hips lift in a possessed stance . Until a cold draft brings me back to the world . What am I doing ? . Jo could come in at any moment .As much as I love the boy ,I can't handle his lack of sense of privacy . Letting out a frustrated sigh ,I put my k****e aside ,and rise to close the door. The small silhouette scares the s**t out of me. Until it releases a harsh rebuke . "Shhhh! They'll hear you if you make a sound !" He rushes in and closes the door slowly . It is then I hear the echo of feet stepping on the floorboards . They are coming closer , measured thumps and heavy breaths . The later being mine as one thought runs through my head . They have found us . Ever watched a movie ,where the main persona is running from a evil villain . How he chases her ,cue the 'her ' here , around the house . And how she fidgets looking for a weapon .Grabs a broom and drops it . Due to terror or whatever makes her do it . Grabs other random items and drops them .Until she finally gets to the kitchen and takes this big kitchen knife and ' tries ' to defend herself until the bad guy twists it from her hand .And finally murders her . I think that what is about to happen to me .I don't know how I manage it but ,I push Jo under the bed . Much to the boy's shock and silent cursing . I take my phone and dial my neighbor while opening the window . Utter a prayer that I'm not making a stupid decision .And let out a scream to rival a banshee . The two gun shot that find my door shut me up . A man I recognize too well , now grown up from being a little teenage boy ,stares at me . A cold unfiltered gaze that promises many bad things . "This ain't over Sarah " The next bullet finds my thigh , and I sink to the floor .My body already feeling cold . My hands rummaging around me for the little boy that is mine .Who I love with all that I am . I watch the tall silhouette turn away . I hear the platter of feet and in a distance ,the ultimate roar of a motorcycle . Then I let out a loud laugh . A breath of relief leaving me . I am alive . And if it's in my power I am staying that way .
