Officially Luna

Johns parents have been here for about 3 months and I love he made up with his dad and his mom. Oh I love her. She can be a little overwhelming but she is wonderful. I am mid way through my pregnancy and I look like a cow. I rolled out of bed slowly I had to pee so bad. That's all I get done these days eating, peeing, and little sleep. I did my business got dressed and waddled to my office.

Good morning princess John ran over and kissed me. Yea Yea good morning I waved him off. Are we in a bad mood today? Well since you mention it yes! I was up and down 20 times peeing at 2am the baby decided he needed peanut butter and jelly with pickles on the side. You literally slept through it all and I wanted to smother you with a pillow because I was jealous. I just wanted to sleep. 

Princess you scare me he said chuckling. I think today you should just have a movie day he said. Well I would but I have things to do and your mother is still insisting on a Luna ball before the ceremony. I said rolling my eyes. Cant I just skip it all do the ceremony in our office and call it a night?

Yes we could do that but then my mother would be disappointed and Dee would hate you for not letting her throw you a party. Look at me! I said in my Alpha tone. Do I look like I give 2 shits about a party? Um no princess but my mother he started to say. Ok look ill do it because of your mother but so help me goddess if they start fussing over me your in trouble. I said walking out of the room.

The ball was scheduled for Friday that gives me 3 days. Lana said it has to be on the full Moon that's when the moon Goddess could transfer powers from 1 wolf to another. I really didn't care how it was done or when I just wanted it done.

 Normally the custom of the ceremony would be The Alpha would exchange blood with the new Alpha then the Luna would do the same with the new Luna then the new Alpha with his Luna then a run would seal the deal. This wasn't a normal ceremony the Alpha and John already had there ceremony 2 years ago john and I didn't meet until well after that so my ceremony will the transfer of the Luna title. John and I will have our ceremony as well its kind of like a getting married but with a blood pack. 

Are you nervous doll face? No I'm not nervous I'm a giant cow who cant even seal it with a run. Why couldn't we just wait until the pup was born or have a small ceremony in our office? Because doll face  sharing this with the pack is tradition and besides this is your day and Goddess knows you deserve this.

 I sighed and went over to the bag sitting on the chair. I opened it up slowly I was scared to see what kind of crap Dee picked for me to wear. I pulled it out and was amazed it was a white Victorian style gown that flowed all the way down. Hmm I said I'm impressed it doesn't look terrible. Dee came in bouncing like always Hey what do you think? Well its not as bad as I thought. I was sure you were gonna put me in a tight fitting dress and I was gonna be miserable.

This gown looks for like something a queen would have worn in the 18th century and I love it. The white and gold goes beautiful together. Dee stood there smiling. Well I'm glad you approve and by the way I knew you wouldn't like a tight fitting dress or wild colors. I just hugged her thank you for doing all this for me if I had to do it myself it wouldn't get done. All she said was I know with a grin,

I figure you wouldn't want to wear shoe so I didn't order any I'm sure they are uncomfortable right now and just wait until you see your head piece one of the pack members designed it for you. I cant wait I said sarcastically no really meanie you are gonna be the most beautiful person at the ball she said with a smile. I mustarded a smile for her I cant wait!

Today is the day and I really just need to get this over with and on top of it all now my nerves show up. John wrapped his arms around he with a smile on his face he kissed me on the cheek. Princess he whispered calm down your gonna do great and besides everyone already knows you. Its just you and me up there everyone already considers you the Luna. 

Your right but I'm 150lbs over weight and its just nerve wracking. What if I have to pee in the middle of our ceremony and pee myself? He began laughing princess your not gonna pee yourself your getting into your head just relax. I sighed everyone one has faith in me but me. 

I promise your gonna do great he kissed me on the head. I have some work to attend to but ill see you at the ceremony ok. Ok I shook my head smiling. The rest of the day went fast and before I knew it Dee and Lana was shoving me in my dress, they sat me down in a chair and started applying makeup. They did my hair last they left it down and braided the sides and wrapped in around my head. They took out a beautiful head piece that was made from flowers and placed it on top of my head.

They both clapped are you ready to see what you look it? Yes I said nervously. I stood up and they turned me around my mouth dropped. Oh my Goddess I look amazing I shouted. Ok its almost time to go to the ball. Wait! I shouted I need to pee first. They both Laughed.

Ok I'm ready now. I said Blushing. We walked to the ball room Wow was all I could say it was decorated  very elegantly and when people saw me they bowed. I went straight to the stage where my handsome prince was standing. His eyes lite up princess you look gorgeous. He said with a huge smile. We left the stage and mingled with our pack before we knew it we were being called to the stage.

Would the Alpha and Kate please come to the stage Luna Lana began. We went up and stood beside his parents and John began to speak.

 Good evening Blue Moon pack we want to thank you all for joining us for the transfer ceremony of the the Luna to my Kate. We will begin shortly. As you all know we usually end our ceremonies with a pack run but Kate is unable to shift due to her being pregnant so we decided to compromise. My father and I will head the run and all is invited to attend. Now with that being said lets begin:

The Luna took over the mic while john and his dad watched patiently. I stood in front of the Luna she held a Blue dagger in her hand and she grabbed mine. I Luna Lana give my title to thee Kate. Do you promise to lead this pack and honor all of its citizens? Yes I do. Do you promise to back the Alpha and stand beside his decision? Yes I do. If something happens are you ready to step up and run this pack as your own? Yes I do. With the Moon Goddess as our whiteness I now pronounce you Luna of the Blue Moon pack. She  sliced her hand with the dagger then mine and rubbed our hands together. Of course our wounds healed fast. Everyone bowed and chanted Luna.

I now turned to John and we held hands. His father began to speak. Alpha Johnathan and Luna Kate do you promise to work side by side as the pack leaders? Yes we do. Do you promise to put your pack ahead of your needs? Yes we do. Do you promise to protect your pack and treat them fairly? Yes we do. with that being said and the Moon Goddess as our whiteness I now pronounce you Alpha and Luna of the Blue Moon pack. Just like before John sliced our hands and we rubbed them together. Everyone bowed Alpha, Luna they chanted. Please Follow us to the training grounds and we will begin our run. John said 

John kissed me and whispered I love you Luna and I promise to always take care of you. I love you my Alpha and I promise to always take care of you and  love you too. We walked hand in hand to the training grounds and when we arrived John belted in his Alpha tone shift! And with that they took off into the woods.

My dear Lana begin you did wonderful congratulations and officially welcome to the pack. Only a few of us remained a few elderly some pregnant members and of course those who couldn't shift yet. The adults surrounded me and congratulated me while the children played. Hello Luna I'm Carrie a very pregnant women stood in front of me. I own the local flower shop in town and I made your head dress. How do you like it? Oh its beautiful and it smells so good. Thank you so much I absolutely love flowers and you did an amazing job. Congrats on your pup I smiled and you as well she smiled and walked away.

Before I new it they were all coming out of the woods dressed in whatever they found in the hiding holes of the trees. Mr. Alpha I stepped up to him you look sexy in your basketball shorts. I winked at him. Do I now? he said with a smile on his face. Yes and I'm ready for bed The pup is restless and I'm exhausted. 

He turned around and belted: Guest thank you joining us again the Luna and I are retiring for the evening please enjoy the party. With that he whisked me off my feet and took me to bed. He took off my dress and Laid me down gently and the rest is history.
