RIYA looked down, her voice barely above a whisper. "Sir, I don't want to disrupt your relationship with Sophia. I know you two are engaged, and I don't want to come between you."

Wei Bryan expression turned gentle, and he reached out to lify RIYA's chin. "Hey, look at me," he said, his eyes searching hers. "I need to tell you something.

Something that I've never told anyone before."

My curiosity was piqued, and i nodded for him to continue.

"I didn't fall in love with Sophia," his voice low and husky. "I was arranged to marry her by our families. It's a business alliance, nothing more."

She's just been aggressive cause of my personality

My eyes widened in surprise. "But...but you're engaged," i stammered.

The CEO nodded. "I know. But I've never felt anything for Sophia. She's just a pawn in our families' game of power and wealth."
