"Rainn" her dad yelled down the stairs as she ran down to meet him. "you almost done packing" he questioned "almost" she replied "we'll leave in an hour,don't forget anything and make sure to help your little brother pack up his remaining stuff, your mom went there a little early to check out the house we'll be staying at"he informed her. " how bout Noah is he almost done" he asked "He's in the basement packing up his old stuff"she answered "I'll go check the moving truck"he left and she went back to her room and continued packing. Folding the rest of her clothes into the box on her bed and stacking them on the floor. sealing them with transparent tape,finally done she moved them downstairs. *few hours later* It was finally time to get into the moving truck and they had to take their luggage to the other car before getting to the new place. The truck wasn't very large so it would only fit seven people. "hey" her older brother said grabbing her attention "hey" she smiled back "whatcha thinking about?" he wondered "nothing" she lied "you're lying" he replied. She looked away from him and began to play with her hands. "i'm just wondering if it will ever rain" she told him. "it won't, it never rains in London"he replied. "well I want it too rain, you know since it means I won't have to be here anymore"she explained. "well it might not rain here, but i'm sure rain in England is like a warm shower or something" he told her. They both laughed at each other and they soon fell silent. "Hey" her father called out "Yeah?" they both responded. "You can sit next to me" he offered sitting in front of the driver. "Thanks dad" Rainn said happily hopping over to her brothers side and sat by him. "hey, are you alright? You seem more cheerful than usual" he asked "yeah, i guess i am happy to be going somewhere new, I mean what do you know my old school isn't even in London" she shrugged The ride to the new school was filled with small talk until the vehicle came to a halt and the driver opened the door. They all stepped out and stood around the car. It was a long journey but Rainn felt it was worth it . She got to experience a brand new world and she didn't care how much she complained about moving to a new country. "Here we are," her father announced. "Wow," both kids exclaimed looking at their new home. There were many tall buildings and cars parked everywhere. Their parents walked in first leaving the two kids behind. Rainn holding their little brother in her arm entering their new home. They walked upstairs to find their parent's bedroom. There were several pictures on their walls and the beds were made neatly. It seemed like they lived a decent life. "so this is where we live now" Rainn sighed. "yeah, lets go explore." Her brother grinned running off. "Hey wait!" Rainn shouted after him Rainn followed him down the hall. They ended up in front of some doors. One had a number on it and another one had no sign at all. They tried the numbers on the doors and found a few rooms that looked like they could be theirs. One had a huge closet and a balcony. Another had a bathroom with lots of mirrors and a walk in closet filled with different sizes of dresses. Another had an open space that looked like it was meant to be a kitchen. The last room had two beds in a corner facing each other. A desk, a chair and a chest of drawers were the only furniture in the room besides the bed. They decided to call it the guest room. Once everyone got situated in the room they decided to call the new neighbors. Rainn grabbed her phone and started dialing. After two rings the line was picked up. "Hello, hello! This is Melanie. Can I help you" she greeted "Hi, it's your new neighbors" Rainn introduced her brother. "Oh, hey" she chuckled "This is Melody" her sister added. "Hello again Melody, it is nice to meet you" "you must be the new neighbors that moved in today, it's nice to finally have neighbors that are girls" they both laughed "Melanie" a deep voice screamed from upstairs as a tall,handsome,muscular guy with blonde hair walked down the stairs without a shirt "what" she questioned "where's the paint mom just bought" he questioned "it's in the basement under the stairs"she replied "and put on a shirt will you. you're making our new neighbor uncomfortable" she hit him. Rainn trying to avoid eye contact with him. "what. she's never seen a guy shirtless before" he laughed lightly. "this is our new neighbor Rainn" mel introduced "Daniel"he offered a handshake "don't touch have things to do" mel snapped at him as he smiled softly at her before leaving. "don't mind him, he usually doesn't like to put on a shirt"mel said " no problem, my brother also hate it but you know,he has to cuz my mom is gonna give him a hard beating is he doesn't" they both laughed they spoke for a while before Rainn got a call from her mom and she and to go.
