I knew that we were going on a crazy mission to save Alpha Mercury’s mate and Luna, Holly, but I never would have guessed it would be this crazy. My wolf, Goon, was howling so loudly in my head that I couldn’t think straight and everything around us was sending my mind spinning. We literally had to just chop up and burn skeletons that had clawed out of the ground to kill us, then we had trees moving and attacking us and to top it off the wind blew so hard and fast, picking us up from the ground and tossing us into the forest like we were tiny ants. This all sounded nuts to me and I was going through it, but there was no way I was going to turn back now. I couldn’t leave my boss and Alpha to face this because I knew that he would do the same for me and everyone else
