Uhhh last night was a long night I went out with the College boys agin, before I left for the summer. This time I drank to much I was hoping it would stop the reoccurring dreams that Ive been having for the last couple of years, it just seem that I will never get over that awful summer……

(FLASH BACK TO THAT SUMMER)

I just got ready for bed when I heard a low howl from down stairs.. It was beta Jason I was wondering why he came to the pack house so late and why we was so up set, I heard him and my father talking about his mate I just rolled my eye and about to turn to go back to bed.

When I heard him say Melanie was missing that got my attention real fast and in a hurry I ran to my room really fast to check my phone sh*t I said under my breath when I realized I missed two text from here.

I ran down stairs as fast I could to tell my dad Jacob Blackwood the Alpha of the back that I new where she was I told him and beta Jason she was at the falls, Jason ran out quickly transforming in to his wolf for the sniff her out better.

I wanted to go to but my dad grabbed my arm and told me absolutely not that there family affairs was not are problem and that we had to stay out of it, I was so mad at him and mad at my self if I would have seen the text sooner I would have already been there.

I yelled at my dad and went back to my room I went to text Melanie back but I got to mad and slammed my phone on the ground, WHY is this my life right now I tilted my head and look at the ceiling praying to the moon goddess that I hope Melanie was alright and everything would be better in the morning.

Boy was I wrong I woke up the next morning ate breakfast and ran to the cabin where beta Jason and his family was staying, I knocked on the door and waited I stood on the deck for a good few mints till the door finally creeped open and out came a sad man that looked like he was going die any mint.

He finally opened his mouth and told me in a deep husky sad voice, sorry son but your to late.. an that they had already left I was so enraged that I seen red I ran to the forest as fast as I could and collapsed when I got to are favorite spot at the falls.

I looked in to the water at my self and made a vow that day, that we would always be friends and that the falls will all ways be are spot!

( END OF FLASH BACK)………

I woke up from that stupid dream agin even with a hangover it’s still haunting me DAMN, I cuss under my breath rubbing my five o’clock shadow.

It has been two and half years since I made that vow, it has been driving me crazy that I haven’t seen her face and her beautiful ocean like eyes.

I could remember the first time I saw her it was the first day we started camp together she ran right out of her dads pickup truck she wasn’t paying attention we’re she was going taking in the camp for the first time, while in full sprint she ran and bumped heads with me.

Boy was I a hot head back then we’ll still am but some how some way even though I insulted her from not watching where she was going to my surprise, she came back with full vengeance man was she like fire and ice after she insulted me back after that something just clicked and we became the best of friends Ever since.

I sighed thinking of the time I meet her to the time I lost her with in those two and half years, I wonder how she was and if she rememberers me or if she still cares about are friendship, I had to stop thinking about it.

I was making my self and my wolf Draco upset, he was a big wolf fit for a Alpha of corse he was all black with a white gash on his right eye kinda like a birth mark, he was bigger then everyone in my packs wolfs even my dad.

I think that’s why training was easy for me because no one but the head in command wanted to do sparring with me which was my dad the alpha of the pack, Jason who is his beta for now and a couple of the head pack Warriors.

The main person though that taught me how to fight was Beta Jason he taught me everything I know, even when he was down he manage to put a brave face and brushed it off putting his duties first that’s why he was my dads right hand man.

My thought got cut off by Draco remembering Jason’s pain and mine from the previous years when she left.

…DRACO- I miss her…

Me to bud i said with a sigh, I finally climbed out of my University bed that I only been using for a year or so I had to get more schooling in since I would be taking over Alpha duties soon.

So I started college a little earlier so I could Focus on being a Alpha for my pack sake and my dads since he isn’t getting any younger, he told me before starting collage that I would have one more summer to enjoy since I already turned 18 I would have to start acting as alpha after this summer, at lest he gave me some time for me to be a teenager before I had to grow up all at once and take on all that responsibility.

Oh how I’m not looking forward to that I growl at the fact I didn’t really like the idea of running the pack unfortunately I was the only Blackwood male to take over, lucky there was still one more summer to get through before I get right in with my alpha duties and since I’m 18 now I could find my mate.

Maybe it will help with my anger and anxiety with all this stress, while in my thinking state I got most of my bags packed to head back home where I have to help with this silly camp for supernaturals.

The only reason why I agreed to help this year was so maybe I could get some closure on Melanie but I know that probably won’t happen.

I got broken out of my thoughts when my cousin Zander came in to tell me we have to hurry to the air port or we was going to be late.

I grunted at the fact that it was going to be a long flight but it was a lot better then driving..

Zander was next in-line to be my beta since Jason was getting in his age and couldn’t really fight anymore.

I think all the stress has wore him out I could see it every time I looked in his face he played it off like he was ok but he couldn’t fool me I’ve seen that look, hell I had that look for the passed couple of years.

Not this year though I’m going to try my very best to make it the best summer, me and Zander now making it to the rental car to go to the air port I was kinda excited to start this summer me and Draco had this gut feeling that it was going to be a special one.

Maybe we will find are mate and be happy Draco chirped.. I kinda just laughed and shook my head yea maybe buddy..

I said with a cranky attitude, don’t get me wrong I loved my sister but she could be a little much at times.

She said this summer is going to be the best and btw there is going to be a big surprise when you get home.

I just rolled my eye and told him that it better be a f*cking steak because this wolf could eat when he gets home, the school food is not near as good as the pack house food.

Dude no joke my wolf Tobias has been itching for a good run it’s been to long, I could only let him out on the darkest nights do to being in California In the city and hardly anywhere to run but the park and the beach’s it’s just not the same!

I know Zander it will be a lot better when we get home and first thing I’ll be doing is stuffing my face and crashing in my bed..

An with that we both turned over in are seats and ignored each other, for the majority of the trip back home. I got the window set so while I was look out the window seeing the clouds I kinda wondered if Zander was on to something.

If Melanie did coming back to the camp would we… I hurried up shook the idea out of my head before closing the window and laying my head by it hoping that this summer wasn’t going to be a complete bust, I put my head phones in and drifted off thinking about how this summer was going to play out…

So yea this is me Jaxson Darius Blackwood heading back home from California University we’re I picked to study Business management because that was one of the main things I needed to learn to help me run the pack.

Another reason why I picked that school was because my grandfather went there he was a great man or so my dad says, I never got to meet him because he died a little after I was born in a Rogue attack he was also the reason I got the middle name Darius.

As I got lost more in thought I couldn’t help the feeling about heading home will this be the year I find my mate, goddess if I could find my mate this year especially before the end of summer that would be great.

I forgot to mention since I’ll be coming alpha soon it was a requirement for a strong pack to have not just a strong alpha but a Luna as well and I had till the end of this summer to find her, us werewolf usually start pairing up at age 18 but with me being a alpha male I could since it a little earlier but so far no luck……

I got pulled out of my deepest of thoughts when the plane came to a jerking stop.

Finally we have landed after 2 hours of being in the air, making are way out of the air port I felt DRACO start doing flips from the excitement of being home.

I know bud I’m excited too un till I realized we had another hour to go before we got home and of corse are ride was Zander’s SUV.

Which I might add was JUNK!… It was rusted at the bottom and missing a side mirror on the passenger side, I sent a low growl thinking of another hour with Zander but now with him and his junk baby..

I always forget to put up my wall sometimes, us being werewolf’s we have this inner wolf link we use to share information to each other through are mind and some times when we didn’t want others to know what we thought we would put up a barrier called a wall in are mind so others couldn’t hear us thinking.

After turning off my pack link I though.., Yea he is just mad because his dad won’t let him get a new vehicle till this one bites the dust..!

We would have took my truck but she needed to be worked on, I have a 1972 Chevy C 10 now not to brag but she a beauty she has all black paint with Chrome strips running down the sides she was the definition of breath taking.

I couldn’t wait till I got home to start fixing her up, I was hoping I would have her all done and ready to drive by the end of the summer so I didn’t have to ride in the passenger set anymore, especially with cranky Zander.

Which broke me from my thoughts about my own baby..

As we got in the car I flip down his vizier to look at the mess of a mop I called a hair it wasn’t to long but long enough it could get in my eyes if I didn’t fix it a right way, an right now it was bad my black hair had the most unpleasant cowlick I have seen probably from where I had laid my head by the window on the plain.

Great just great… I say with annoyance, I can’t be showing up looking like mess when I get home.

I looked over to Zander with a piercing stare and said, Easy for you to say my hair is like key to getting the lady’s where all you have to do with your hair is wash it and your ready to go..!

Whatever you say Jaxson… he says with a snicker and his hands put up in a surrender motion, then starts the vehicle.

I roll my eyes at him,

It’s not like I hadn’t had any other great features that would impress the she wolfs I mean.. I think I’m pretty good looking, with my jet black hair and naturally tan skin with a eight pack that came down to a v and my other muscles that fitted my alpha title.

I definitely didn’t have a problem with looks, it got me several ladies none that I really cared for that ended up either being drunken mistakes or just me being in a bad place.

I only had s*x with her twice because she was the only one I kinda showed interest in and me being a horny teenage boy I guess I really didn’t care, I mean she is gorgeous with Burnett hair and green eyes and she also had a decent body but her attitude and Self-centered ego ruined it all.

I got pulled from my thoughts when Zander asked me to pull up the GPS on my phone so we could put the home address in, we was exactly a hour out from home.

Ok I got it set and ready to go Zan… I can’t wait to get home

Me neither Jax’s we only got till tomorrow and then we start camp.

I know and we are the Camp seniors now and so we got to lead the others and do are activity’s for the Annual Camp tournament.

Oh yea how could I forget……

The annual camp tournament that the jr’s and the senior leaders participated in every year this time we will definitely win, we lost last year to Camp White Claw.

Lucky there was only 3 camps that participated in the tournament, which was us Camp Black Falls then you have Camp Blue Rock and of corse Camp White Claw.

Cocky bastards… I said with a mumble.

I look over to Zander and asked what he was going to do this year in the tournament..?

Probably the rock climbing and the hunting you ??

Idk probably hunting and flag football and of course we all got to do the relay triathlon race.

Well duhh Jax’s! He said with a I already new that moron voice.

He looks back at me to check where to turn next and realized I got a new phone.

A NEW PHONE AGIN!!! when are you going to stop breaking stuff and calm the f*ck down.

PROBABLY WHEN I CARE! I said with sarcasm..

After Zander figured out the next turn to go on it was smooth sailing from there, so I took that as I’m going to take a cat nap not caring if I messed my hair up anymore then what it was I would just fix it when I got home………
