I avoided his eyes as I sighed in relief, the tension finally leaving me. "So, what about the baby?" I asked him in a whisper, my eyes furtively roaming the hospital hallways.
I couldn't have Dennis' secret getting out because of me.
The doctor gave me a small smile. "The baby is fine. But I never take hasty decisions regarding matters like this, especially since she's in the early stages of pregnancy and some of the tests are not yet out. We'll have to keep her here overnight at least."
Overnight. That meant I'd have to tell Logan, or my parents at least.
