Prologue: The Viral Post
Prologue: The Viral Post
Crestfall University wasn't known for its academics. Not really.
Sure, the professors were brilliant, the campus was beautiful, and the library smelled of old books and overachievers. But what really made Crestfall famous?
Scandal.
Romantic flings gone wrong. Secret parties in the biology lab. A viral t****k trend called #KissOrKick. One girl even became famous for dating two rival basketball captains—on the same day. It was chaos. Beautiful, messy chaos.
Then came a post that changed everything.
"Ever noticed these five weirdos who’ve never been in a scandal? No heartbreak, no drama, not even a blurry party pic. I call them: The Virgins of Virtue. Who are they hiding from? Are they boring—or are they hiding something juicier than all of us?"
The post exploded. Comments poured in.
"LMAO Kiel Mercado?! He looks like he files his nails with a calculator."
"Plot twist: Luna’s saving herself for a w*****d fanfiction prince."
"Andre Villanueva? He’s too hot to be innocent. FAKE."
"Tina Mabini once threatened a guy for eating loudly. She's got killer vibes."
And just like that, four very normal (if not quirky) students became the most watched group on campus—not for what they did, but for what they didn’t.
But here’s the thing: they weren’t saints. They were just trying not to end up as memes.
Too bad, because Crestfall had other plans.
