They carried me and dropped me in a dark room and I stayed quiet, not wanting to make anybody angry by making any unnecessary noise.
Then they suddenly turned on the light.
That's when I saw them. There were three men. They were huge, almost reaching the roof of the house and I felt like a little rat among them.
“Is this the person the boss asked us to capture?”
That was when my heart dropped. Tell me that it wasn't me.
They all gathered to look at me like I was a spectacle.
“I don't know. Johnny, didn't the boss show you her picture?”
Johnny came to take off my mask and I hid my face from him but it was already too late.
“Oh, I'm sure the boss would never be with anyone this ugly. What happened to her face? Why's it like that? Gosh, it's making me squirm.”
