When Valen had come to me and told me that he wanted to throw a party go appease his pack members, I almost had an anxiety attack.
That would mean that I would be out there under the judging eyes of his pack members who didn't like he to begin with..
That didn't exactly sit right with me and he noticed it.
“You don't seem okay? What's going on?”
“Your people..they don't like me. They're not afraid to show it. But how will I go out like this? I can't let myself be ashamed in front of everyone. They will call me a monster.”
His eyes were soft and he seemed to under my plight.
“I understand. What do you suggest that I do?”
I already knew what I wanted.
“Make it a mask themed party and make sure that the ladies wear red..so it would be hard to make me out.”
