My Horny Boss
Koko’s POV
I stepped off the elevator just two minutes late, but I already knew Wells Kylo would make a fuss about it.
My new badge still felt heavy on my chest. Koko Zyaire. Executive Secretary to the CEO, Kylo Global. I had fought hard for this job and I wasn’t about to let my nerves ruin it.
The glass door to his office was already open. He was standing behind his desk when I walked in, jacket off, shirtsleeves rolled to the forearms, reading something on a tablet. He didn’t look up right away.
“You’re late.”
“Just two minutes, sir” I replied, keeping my tone professional. “The security line downstairs was longer than expected. It won’t happen again.”
He set the tablet down and finally looked at me.
“I don’t care about any security line. I care about the time my assistant is at her desk. From this moment forward, you are here at 6:45. Not 6:46. Not 6:50. 6:45. You will have my coffee, black, no sugar, on the left side of my desk by 6:50. My schedule will be printed, and waiting. If a meeting runs long, you stay. If I stay until midnight, you stay until midnight. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Mr. Kylo.”
“You will answer every call within two rings. You will never put anyone through without clearing it with me first, including my own board members. You will not discuss anything that happens in this office with anyone, not your colleagues, not your friends, and definitely not your family. Confidentiality is absolute. If I find out you’ve spoken about even the color of the carpet in here, I'll make sure you face the consequences and you'll be dismissed immediately. Clear?”
“Clear.”
He walked around the desk slowly, stopping a few feet from me. I could smell the faint trace of his expensive cologne.
“You will dress the way you are dressed today. No exceptions. No loud colors. No visible tattoos. No heavy jewelry. You will not wear perfume that I can smell from more than three feet away. You will keep your hair out of your face. And you will never, under any circumstances, enter my private office when I am not present unless I have given you explicit permission.”
I nodded once. “Understood.”
“Good. Your desk is outside. Get settled. I have a call in twelve minutes. After that, I want the Q3 acquisition files reorganized by date. The previous assistant left them a mess. Fix it.”
“Yes, Mr. Kylo.”
I turned and walked out on steady heels.
Professional. That was the only rule that mattered to me. I would prove I belonged here. I would keep every boundary clean.
The day was a relentless series of tests. He sent me for documents that didn’t exist just to see how long it took me to realize it. He corrected the way I answered the phone twice. He made me rewrite the same email four times until the tone was “appropriately professional” Every time I thought I had done something right, he found another thing to complain about.
By 8pm the floor was empty, every other person had gone home. I was still at my desk, sorting the last of the acquisition files into the new system the way he wanted. My shoulders ached. My eyes burned. But I kept going.
I heard his office door opening. He stepped out, rolling his sleeves down.
“You’re still here.”
“You said if you stay, I stay, Sir.”
There was a faint, almost invisible shift in his expression.
“The files can wait until morning. Go home.”
“I…I’d rather finish them tonight, Sir.”
He didn’t argue. He simply turned and went back into his office, leaving the door half open. I returned to the files, but my attention kept drifting.
Through the gap I could see him in his office. He pulled a painting aside, revealing a safe, then he entered a code and the small door of the safe swung open. He placed a thick black folder inside, closed it, and reset the painting carefully.
Secret documents. Something I was sure he didn’t want me to know about.
I told myself it wasn’t my business. I finished the last stack of files, powered down my computer, and stood. My heels were silent on the floor as I approached his open door.
“Mr. Kylo?”
He was back at his desk, signing something. He didn’t look up.
“What is it?”
I stepped inside. “I saw you put something in the safe just now. A black folder.”
His pen stopped. The air in the room changed.
Slowly, he set the pen down and rose. He walked around the desk without hurry, closing the distance until he stood directly in front of me. Too close.
“You were watching me.”
“I..i was finishing the files. The door was open, and I…I could see you.”
“And you decided to confront me about what I put in my own safe.”
My mouth went dry. “I only thought—”
His hand came up so fast before I realised. His fingers closed around my throat, firm enough that I was starting to lose my breath. My back hit the wall beside the door. He leaned in .
“You thought what, Koko?”
The use of my first name sent a jolt straight through me. I swallowed against his palm.
“I thought… if it’s something I need to know for the role—”
“I” he emphasised, “would decide what you need to know.” His thumb stroked my neck, almost gentle, while his fingers stayed locked. “You work for me. You follow my rules. You do not question what I keep locked away.”
My pulse hammered against his hand. I should have been terrified. I was. But underneath the fear something more dangerous was spreading low in my stomach.
“I’m sorry,” I whispered.
“Are you?”
He pressed a bit harder again. His eyes dropped to my mouth, then lower, to where my blouse was slightly open to show my cleavage.
“You’ve been testing me all day,” I explained. “I was only trying to prove I could handle whatever this job throws at me.”
“And this is how you handle it? Walking into my office and demanding answers?”
“I didn’t demand—”
He cut me off by tightening his grip and stealing the rest of my speech. Then he released me only to shove the door shut with his free hand. The lock clicked.
“You want to prove yourself?” His mouth was close to my ear now. “Then prove you can take what I give you.”
I should have pushed him away. I should have said the words that would end this and keep everything professional. Instead I heard myself ask, “What are you going to give me?”
His answer was the sound of his belt unbuckling.
He spun me around, chest to the wall, one hand still at my throat while the other dragged my skirt up over my hips. Cool air hit the backs of my thighs. He shoved my panties down just far enough.
“Hands on the wall,” he ordered.
I obeyed. My fingers splayed on the wall. He kicked my feet apart and then I felt him, hard, thick, already slick at the tip, pressing against me.
“Last chance to walk out,” he gritted out. “Say the word and this ends. We pretend this never happened.”
I turned my head just enough to meet his eyes over my shoulder. “I’m not walking out, sir. I need this job.”
He pushed in with one long, relentless thrust that forced a broken sound from my throat. The stretch burned. He didn’t give me time to adjust. His hand stayed at my neck while his other arm locked around my waist, holding me exactly where he wanted me as he f****d me against the wall.
“This is what happens,” he growled against my ear, “When. You. Over. Step.”
Every thrust drove me higher on my toes. The wet sound of him moving inside me filled the quiet office. I was already too close, the combination of his control and the forbidden nature of it stripping away every professional wall I had built.
“Awwww, Mr. Kylo—”
“Wells,” he corrected, his teeth grazing the side of my neck. “When I’m inside you, you use my name.”
“Wells—” I moaned out his name.
He reached around and found my c**t with two fingers, rubbing in tight circles matching his thrusts. The dual sensation ripped through me. I came hard, my p***y walls clamping around him, a shattered cry tearing from my throat.
He didn’t stop. He f****d me through it, chasing his own release with hard strokes until he buried himself to the hilt and came with a low, guttural sound that vibrated against my skin.
The second he finished, he pulled out of me like I was nothing more than a used tissue. No lingering touch, no soft words. He stepped back, already tucking himself away and zipping up his pants, while his c*m was still leaking down my thighs.
I stayed pressed to the wall for a second longer, with my legs trembling and my skirt still hiked up, trying to catch my breath. When I finally turned, he was already behind his desk again, face completely blank.
“Get out.”
The words hit harder than his d**k slamming into me just seconds ago.
I blinked. “What?”
“I said get out.” His voice was flat, almost bored. “Pull your skirt down, fix your face, and leave. Now.”
Heat flooded my cheeks. Shame, confusion, the ache still between my legs, all tangled together. “Wells—”
“It’s Mr. Kylo.” He didn’t even look at me. He picked up a pen and started signing the papers he’d abandoned earlier. “What just happened was a momentary lapse in judgment on my part. Nothing more. It meant nothing. Do not confuse it with interest, affection, or any future opportunity. You are my assistant. That is the only relationship that exists between us. If you ever try to use this against me, or if you so much as look at me like it mattered, I will end your career so thoroughly you won’t be able to get a job answering phones at a gas station. Am I clear?”
My throat tightened. “I—yes.”
“Then why are you still standing there?” He finally lifted his eyes. They were pure ice. “I don’t keep used things around. Leave. And be here at 6:45 tomorrow with my coffee. Late again and you’re done.”
I yanked my panties up with shaking hands, smoothed my skirt, and forced my legs to carry me to the door. My fingers slipped on the handle once before it opened.
Behind me, his voice cut through the quiet one last time, sharp and dismissive.
“Close the door on your way out, Miss Zyaire. And don’t ever walk into my office uninvited again.”
