I glanced back at the monitors. Javian and Vanessa were no longer arguing. In fact, Vanessa was gone. Javian was seated in his chair with his head on the desk. Who would have thought such a thing happened in their past? This could not have been the incident that thrust Kevin over the edge. If it was, life would be easier. Anyone would go a-wall if their female best friend got raped. Not to mention the past that indicated that both his friends killed someone. But Kevin was ignorant of that information. I kind of felt sad for him. It was hard to find out that your best friends have been lying to him for years.
Gosh, poor Kevin.
I shouldn't go after him. He was going to need some time to recuperate. I did not want to chase him and it caused another episode. He should be able to handle this.
