“It’s been four days, Grace!” I exclaimed as I stared at our Luna. She nodded as she worriedly chewed on her bottom lip. We were all on edge.
“What should we do?” someone asked, but I didn’t break eye contact with Grace.
“Let me go,” I whispered, and she instantly shook her head. “Why not?”
“Leslie and Jerome can go,” she then said as she stood up and I jerked back in surprise. “Leslie? Jerome?” she called out. I looked over my shoulder to see the two of them stand up. “Would you please go to the pack and check on our members?” she asked, and I scoffed softly.
“Yes, Luna,” Jerome immediately agreed, but Leslie hesitated.
