New Life: The Reborn pauper

Ana walked into the room 901 to deliver the drinks that was asked for "She looks hot" the boss, paul said "Ohh yes she isn't looking bad at all" answered one of his subbordinates named Chen Ana felt scared by the wat the men in the room who had strange snake tatoos all over their bodies indicating that they may be part of a gang so she tried to hurry up but in doing so she accidentally broke one of the wine bottles .....unfortunately for her it was a champagne bottle which was more expensive than anything she could ever imagine to drink in her entire life "Am sorry" she said as she quickly got on her knees knowing that she will definately be fired but didn't want to be asked to pay for it. Paul and his gang saw that as an avenue to make her wallow in pain till she has no choice than to use her body to pay for it so they told her to dance for the money to pay for the drink. Ana was poor but never traded her dignity for anything like that so she desperately pleaded with them to let her go. Paul saw that she was not going to go home with them easily so he got angry then asked his men to hold her and not let her go. Ana was begging and screaming loudly but no one could hear her over the loud volume of the music that was playing so she kicked one of the men in his gut and then hit the fire alarm with her leg leading to the evacuation of everybody in the building. As the manager of the hotel was going from room to room telling people to evacuate he finally got to room 901 and saw the herrendous scene so he called the police but paul made one of his men take the damage and was locked up instead. The next day, Ana was fired and the excuse the company gave was pulling the fire alarm when there was no fire thereby causing the company to loose a lot of money and for breaking a champaigne bottle. she was not given that month's salary meaning she might end up on the streets. "Ana! Ana! Ana!!" the manager called out repeatedly because ana was lost in her thoughts "yes" she replied "am sorry i was just thinking" she explained further "its fine" carl the manager said "Ana i tried ...i genuingly tried to convince them to keep you but there was an external factor at play so there was little i could do" carl explained "an external factor?" ana asked "what do you mean by an external factor?" she asked further "I heard that the boss of the gang that was in room 901 that day was the assistant leader of a major gang in rivers city and you got one of his surbodinates go to jail so he was not going to take it lightly. he demanded that you be fired and sent to him so i tried to use some of my influence but it was not enough sadly you still got fired" carl said remorsefully "But on the bright side you can still roam around rivers city freely without him restricting your movement" carl said "yh" ana said sadly "but i am truly grateful for all you have done for me so far" ana said sincerely "Be careful out there. Stay safe. Bye" carl said reluctant to part with ana because he had taking a liking to her On the way home ana was still thinking about what carl said and wondering if her life could get any worse when she noticed that she was being followed and tried to shake him off by walking to an abandoned alley because she thought that he was just a petty theif and couldn't afford to be robbed in her current situation but unbeknownst to her he was a trained assasins sent to kill her. "Hey girll" a voice came from behind her and she was startled so she fell in fear and scraped her knee against the ground. "Do you remember me?" the man said sarcastically as she slowly raised her head up to stare at the blood shot crimson eyes that seemed to be staring into her soul with murderous and lustful intent. She seemed to remember his face since he was the one she kicked in the gut at the hotel room that night and her instincts immediately kicked in and she tried to crawl and run to safety ignoring the sharp pain in her knee but as she got to the end of the narrow alley a kick sent her flying causing her to immediately cough up a mouthful of blood and then the man who was following her appeared from the shadows and said "Don't try to run away, we are not the bad guys just have a little fun with us and we would let you go. don't be hasty, we have plenty of time cos no police or fire alarms are nearby at a time like this." Ana's face was visibly twisted in pain and visibly showed signs of panic as she crutched on the ground holding her tummy that had just being kicked.But she mustered up the last of her courage and said "Who are you exactly and why are you targeting me?" "Don't worry pretty we would introduce ourselves to you as the gentlemen that we are before killing you." one of them replied "My name is chen, the second hand to the Lord Collins the untouchable" chen introduced himself "I am Den, seventh hand to the Lord collins the untouchable" den said "And the person you have offended is no other than Boss paul the first hand to Lord collins the untouchable so your punishment is death" chen said "Why? why is my life never easy ? why is something bad always happening to only me? why???" i asked with tears in my eyes as if questioning myself other than the people that are about to deliver a death sentence to me. Slish~~~ twoosh And just like that a knife was plunged deep inside my heart and twisted ruthlessly but somehow i felt relieved and happy that i was finally put out of my misery then the twisted knife made me think of my life so far with no straight root and always twisted. I never got to live the good life cos my parents abandoned me at the doorstep of a drug addict who abused me everyday since i could remember. I had to move out of the house to fend for myself at 15 because that was the legal age for you to become an adult in rivers city. Everyday was hell from the cold to the heat to the cardboard houses....it was just pure sorrow and pain. I finally met someone that looked like he cared for me and now paul has taken that away from me...bye carl. I kept having flashes of memories that hunted my existence "So this is what life flashing before your eyes feel like?" I said as i fell to the ground and finally took my last breath.
